Ordered 2 pairs of boots
Ordered 2 pairs of boots. Both pairs arrived in different sizes. Thought I was buying from the UK, but it's actually China. They expect me to pay to return them to China and only be refunded 30% of the purchase price. Fault is with them not me. Bought off Facebook through PayPal but still having problems resolving this issue.
Total scammers, do not entertain buying anything off their website. Agree with other reviews showing the same issues.

This company is scam artists and thieves! They have taken my money despite me cancelling my order well within these guidelines which is on there website they have not replied to any of my emails so now I have to see if my bank can get my money back. They claim to be a UK company but are based in CHINA! Avoid at all costs as I have also reported them to FACEBOOK and every other social media site. They are also trading under different companies so beware and don't get scammed!!!!

This company is a total scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I bought the waterproof fleece lined orthopaedic liner boots.
My boots arrived in a squashed plastic bag, and my husband thought they were slippers. The orthopaedic sole liner did not exist , they were lined with cardboard and were plastic, I could hardly get my feet in them, they are not fit for walking in let alone get wet, like they advertise, they were so squashed, they were flat.
There is a guarantee of a refund on the website, but Ive emailed and got no reply, and I have put a review on their advert, warning people not to buy them and within minutes my comment has just disappeared. The Bstoreon company has also changed its name, so just don't buy these boots.
What actually amazes me is that Facebook and Instagram still allow these scam companies to advertise, they police other things, and yet these companies still get away with it.
SERIOUISLY DO NO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Ive just seen at the bottom of this review, that my review can be sent to Bstoreon.com surely not! won't they just delete it, like they have on my other reviews!!!

Do not buy from this company
The company adverties leather boots with wool lining, in fact they are a cheap plastic, thin cardboard construction with synthetic lining. They came wrapped, tightly, in a plastic bag, no box. They were crushed at the toes and had lost their shape. Totally unfit for purpose and not what was advertised.

Avoid adverts with no trust pilot reviews
So I haven’t bought from the site but I saw an advert which had this website and also had Belkmalls.com.
I tried to post in the comments of their advert that this company is possibly not to be trusted and showed pictures of the trust pilot review they have under Belkmalls- and my screenshots and comments were automatically and instantly deleted. The deletion of messages was so fast it must be ai controlled.
My guess is that they set up a new website frequently so customers can’t check on the quality of the product.
If they were trustworthy they wouldn’t delete my posts.
And the company Belkmalls.com have a 1.2 star review on here.
So I guess my advice is always look for reviews on a trusted site.
Obviously I will not place a purchase.
But I’d like people to be warned when they see adverts filled with positive comments that- is also part of the manipulation!
