This is a tremendous company Kav and Sameen were more than helpful and kept me informed about my delivery I can’t recommend this company high enough thank you.

Move from London to the East Coast was beyond stress free. Kav and Sameen were both brilliant, in constant comms, and I never felt pressured during any of the process. From having an initial face-to-face consultation, walking through the pricing and steps plainly, I felt super at ease making my first transatlantic move. The movers in London were super efficient, kind and took care of all items whilst packing. Likewise, the mover in the US was super efficient. I would definitely recommend BTR to anybody looking for truly competitive pricing, whilst providing brilliant service.

Very negative, dishonest and unprofessional experience with BTR, with zero positives throughout my interaction with them. We moved a small, quarter container from London to Sydney in 2025 and here was our experience:
- quoted time was 13-18 weeks, it took 26 weeks.
- packing team rushed, packed items they weren’t meant to, which could have cost us massively due to bio security coming into Australia. We realised quickly and advised the customer service rep who said that wrong items were removed before shipment - they were not.
- after getting and paying the quote, customer service went sharply downhill. At one point because I didn’t send back a completed signed form on time I received threatening messages from the customer security rep. I’ve never experienced that from any company ever before. It turned out this form was for the local delivery company, who they didn’t pass onto. So I had to redo this from later anyway.
- my boxes arrived crushed and damaged, and two large items irreparably broken and one entire box missing, with BTR unwilling to investigate.
- due to mislabelling by the packing team, I haven’t been able to claim in the insurance.

I will not use BTR again for these reasons.

BTR were very clear in explaining the potential timelines for my groupage shipment to USA. I knew it would take a bit longer than a container just for my own things, that’s why it was so cost effective. I was updated every step of the way, my move coordinator was so supportive and willing to explain the shipment and documentation processes to me along the way. I was so impressed. The packing and delivery team were clearly experienced and very friendly. 10/10 service.

I recently moved to southern Spain from Hertfordshire, UK. I had so much to bring with me and employed BTR so that I didn’t have to stress. The crew packed EVERYTHING and BTR organised the freight and helped me to understand what documents were needed so that I didn’t feel stuck. My BTR contact was so friendly and attentive and helped with all of my questions. I have had such a positive move my because the BTR team, I couldn’t have done it myself, it’s totally worth employing their services if you want to sit back and focus on yourself during such a busy time, they will deal with your shipment completely with pure professionalism.

We moved from USA to UK. BTR Made the process simple from end to end so I didn’t need to worry about anything. Sameen was great at keeping me up to date while dealing with all the logistics behind the scenes. Everything turned up when it was supposed to and cost estimates were all accurate. Would recommend!

We recently used BTR International to move our belongings from London to Dubai, and overall we had a really positive experience. Moving internationally is always stressful, especially when you're relocating your entire home, but the team at BTR made the process much easier than we expected.

From the beginning, they were professional, friendly, and very hands-on. They took the time to explain the process, answered all of our questions, and handled everything personally. On packing day, the team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and packed all of our belongings with great care. It was obvious they had experience, and we felt confident that everything was being looked after properly.

Unfortunately, there were delays during shipping because of the political situation in the Middle East. While it was frustrating to wait longer than expected, we understood that these circumstances were completely outside of BTR's control. There were also some additional costs as a result of the situation, but these were explained clearly and honestly, and we appreciated the transparency throughout.

What really stood out was their communication. They kept us updated regularly, responded quickly whenever we had questions, and continued to follow up with us until every single item had been delivered. We never felt forgotten about, even while the shipment was delayed, and that level of customer service made a huge difference during what could have been a very stressful time.

When everything finally arrived in Dubai, we were relieved to find that all of our belongings had made it safely. Nothing was missing, and everything arrived in excellent condition thanks to the care they took with packing.

Overall, we're very happy with the service we received from BTR International. International moves don't always go exactly to plan, especially when unexpected global events affect shipping, but what matters is how a company handles those situations. BTR remained professional, communicative, and supportive from start to finish, and they delivered exactly what they promised. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable international moving company. Thank you to the whole team for helping make our move to Dubai as smooth as possible.

Poor communication.

My household shipment was packed and collected on 26 May 2026 under a door-to-door service, which I paid for in full.
Since collection, I have received NO communication regarding the status of my shipment. I have not been provided with shipping details, a Bill of Lading, vessel information, or a clear update on the progress of my consignment. I have also sent emails requesting an update and have not received a response from the BTR staff.
I understand that international shipments can take time, but the lack of communication is concerning. As a customer, I would expect regular updates and timely responses to enquiries, especially after payment has been made in FULL.
I hope the company will contact me promptly with a detailed status update and the relevant shipping documentation.

very frustrating. done months ago initial appointment told me the price and everything. 2 days ago the first crew came and left with half a van empty as they were rushing to finish and go home..... second day 2 other guys came they did amazing job but ofc the van although fully filled couldnt fit everything the others left. The manager instead of taking responsibility wants to charge me more and tries to convince me that my items magically became more although from the initial appointment i even threw a lot of what i had clearing for the move. Now I m waiting from yesterday update on when they ll come to collect the rest as the greek moving company that cooperates with btr is totally with me and doesnt accept charging me more for their responsibility. It s very frustrating as I am flying to Greece in 2 days and I dont know what will happen with my stuff. I am really dissappointed by this service and still waiting....... i put 2 stars only because of how good the second 2 guys were and overdone themselves....

We moved from the UK to the US with everything we owned. We felt in good hands from the very beginning. Kav and Sameen kept every promise they gave us, kept us updated throughout the whole shipping process and even delivered multiple weeks early. The packers were very professional and wrapped every single item multiple times so that not a single piece was damaged. We couldn't recommend BTR more.

Good communication and timely response to questions.

My experience with BRT so far has been nothing short of phenomenal. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Some people may be a bit wary of being directed to a sales contact in India, but the experience was absolutely seamless. Kav was excellent in her communication, very clear in our discussions, and always made sure to cover off the various possibilities related to our move. She added me on WhatsApp to stay in touch, and her response time was near instantaneous. Don't be put off by the fact that her area code is +91 -- she's excellent!

Then, when the relocation crew of Richard and Mick came over the incredble service continued. We did a walk through to clarify exactly what was going and what was staying. Then they got to work and they packed like machines and had our place cleared out in no time. Again, they answered our questions and brough important details to our attention. And then they were gone!

It has been a great experience. Of course, there is the transit to go, but based on how things have gone so far, I have no worries whatsoever.

If you need to move internationally, these are the people for you!

A pleasant experience moving with BTR International. The team was highly professional from the initial quote all the way to final delivery. I was initially anxious about shipping my fragile goods and timelines, but they were wrapped and packed incredibly securely and arrived safely. The timing was also quite accurate to what was given during the initial interaction, making the whole process completely hassle-free.
