I didn’t get everything I ordered. The stuff was refunded without any communication l and what I didn’t get was the one thing I wanted most. Was kinda disappointed with my order this time especially compared with other companies have ordered from this was not the best customer service and experience I have had for sure

Thank you for your order . Seems you selected usps ground advance which is a new service from postal. While the new service is cheaper than priority mail unfortunately it does take a bit longer unfortunately.
