November 24th I placed an order for Black Ops torpedoes with Buitrago cigars. Order was confirmed that day. December 1st contacted Buitrago cigars in regards to this order, it had not shipped and no contact from Buitrago about it. December 6th I receive three emails two stated that the Black Ops torpedoes had been shipped one with the tracking number. Cigars arrived Saturday, what I received where TORO not what I ordered. This is twice I have order Torpedoes and received Toro’s, first order was in October, I figured it was a honest mistake. Twice in a row means you are selling items you do not have. If you want a cigar shop that’s sells what they don’t have and will say anything and not back it up this is the place for you.

The price of my purchase. If I walk across the street to the gas station I pay $3 for two Black & Mild cigars.

First thing I noticed is I didn’t get the correct item I ordered. The picture shows what you ordered and that is not what was delivered. Second I’m 4 packs in and ALL of them have been terrible wraps. They don’t respond to Customers so I’m just stuck with the aftermath

I have been very pleased with the product selection, easy of ordering and the shipping time is usually 3-4 days this order took a little longer but it was still sent in good time (before I ran out of my last order). Only issue I have is when an email is sent with a percentage off of a product (that I do not order) I get it after I make a purchase which does not help at the least. And I would like to see the percentages off for the products that I order would be beneficial. Other than that I am please with ordering my products oppose than going to the store where they are either out of my product or done hiked the prices up and the product is not fresh and unusable.

Easy way for me shop direct wants thanks abunch waiting on box double chocolate wraps. Status shipped dates delivery speeds on account create account use promo for discount.

All the blunts was stale and light and had white furry stuff around them
