JR Cigars
I've done business with JR Cigars for 20 years. I recently ordered 10 cartons, as I always do, cause I don't drive. 2 Months, and 2 days later I received my $600.00 order! I frantically placed an order with Buitrago, and received my initial, and a 2nd order before I got my stuff from JR, AND, it was @ 40% cheaper!!

Slow shipping and non existent customer support
I’ve ordered from this site almost weekly. They have a slow shipping service, but I like the product I order and it’s the only place I can find it. However this last time it took over a week with no update at all. I tried multiple ways to cancel my order, or even talk to someone, and I could only get automated emails saying the “team” would respond to me “tomorrow”. Well they never did, waited another 3 days for my order I no longer wanted to finally ship, all while never hearing from customer service. I will never order from them again, and to anyone thinking about it just know there is absolutely 0% of any customer support. Good luck
