I use the buses 2-3times per week and most of the times the screen on the bus station are wrong when buses are due. We are waiting, waiting and nothing is coming. The same issues with app, it shows the bus is coming and then dissappear. You don't know what to trust, because the don't come always on time they are saying.
Other times, 2-3buses coming at the same time at bus station, why this to be happened? And then if you miss these ones, you are waiting 20min. It's really bad!!!! We pay very expensive fees and not having the service we pay on the time that says on timetable or even on the app. Lots of times I say maybe better uber, taxi etc ,you know you will be on your appointment at the time and how expensive is the fees, it's not going to be more expensive and you are exactly on your location.
These problems are with the services 1, 2, 5, 5A, 5B, 7 as these I use more often

The answer was prompt but not acceptable. I have seen buses open their closed doors whilst stationary over and over again. To defend a drive in this instance is not acceptable

The App does not recognise 'Shoreham by Sea Railway Station'. The response from B&H buses implied I should have used different words; NBG if you are new to an area

Brighton and hove bus charges a lot of money but at least you can get back your property if left on the bus, in Brighton and hove Nigel Fernand was very helpful and I got my daughters bag back after leaving it in the bus!

This bus company think they are as good as transport of London but they aren't. Charging loads of money for a very poor service.

Thankyou for letting me know. I made good time till getting out of Churchill Square only took 26 minutes to get down North Street. On the way back I got 1x from RSCH and made good time. North Street was quite clear. Thanks for sending me the delay times. Perhaps whilst the Council is mucking about with the Old Stiene you could put on your live updates where the congestion times are
I certainly don't blame you! But would be nice to sorta see what time I should be leaving. Thankyou

I was having a problem with the B & H website, phoned Customer Service and spoke to Sarah Whelan. She too experienced the same difficulty and very kindly emailed me all the info I needed. Polite, friendly, understanding and extremely helpful - excellent service, thank you Sarah thank you B & H.

I use the buses everyday and its great they go everywhere regularly, just a shame 90% of drivers can't even reply with a "thankyou" let alone anything more friendly, when they advertise 'All you need is a driving licence and a smile to do the job'!

I got the 49 bus back from portslade and had the nicest bus driver !! Even though Carl (my driver) has had a long day he’s still the GOAT OF BRIGHTON BUSES and deserves a raise for his dedication to the job - bhb please consider this :))

‘E’ mailed customer service as due to injury realised although had passes left on my key card the card had expired.
Very prompt response and all sorted.

Another greedy soulless transit company binned off return tickets so it now costs me £6 to get to work instead of £2 and yet they still dont run even close to on time. A 200% increase in price with 0 increase in service. shows how little of a crap they give about anything other than profits honestly their greedy ceos and moody useless drivers can rot in hell

Around 15:45, on bus 49 at elm grove, the driver refused one of the mummy's with her child to get on the bus, over because she had a toddlers bike.
The lady was just about to enter the busy, then driver was like, am not taking that thing, "the lady was like, plenty of space on the bus and the bike will be next to me" anyway the driver insisted and told the lady that if you are getting on this bus, I am not driving.
He turned the engine off and stepped out of his seat and started arguing with the lady.
Some of the people got off the bus but still the driver refused the lady to get on.
They argued for some time then the lady decided to walk away with child.
Honestly, the was enough space for the lady, the child and the little bike, and some people were willing to create even more space.
WAS IT BECAUSE SHE WAS BLACK THAT SHE HAD TO BE REFUSED TO ENTER THE BUS AND BE TREATED HORRIBLE.
Even when some people got off the bus and jumped in the next bus, because they were tired of waiting he still refused the lady and the child to jump in.
Brighton and Hove encourages people to use buses but I think if driver's are rude, racist/bullying. it's better to drive.

My original complaint was made 3 weeks ago and as I had not received a response I called and spoke with Nathan yesterday morning and then emailed in details of calls I made when I raised the complaint.
Nathan emailed me back this morning explaining a response had been sent to me however unfortunately my email address had been captured incorrectly when I raised the complaint.
Nathan apologised for any inconvenience caused and shared information on the investigation and what actions had been taken.
On both occasions of calling, to raise the complaint and following up for a response, I spoke to understanding, caring and helpful advisors.
Nathan, and the lady I spoke to originally, are a credit to Brighton & Hove Buses.

Thanks so much to the driver and cleaners on the 12X bus from Brighton to Seven Sisters Exeat Centre for finding my sunglasses. As these are prescription lenses, it meant a lot to retrieve them.

Bus didn’t arrive again!
App is unreliable! Winter is going to be horrific I rely on the service to get me to work from shoreham, buses often never arrive or always late! Frustrating when they announce new services and they cannot cater the ones they supposedly have… no other route I can used really 700 is worse than this and I need to get to Hove daily!
Worst service ever and it just gets worse no improvements… exhausting

The company has not reached our stop in hours I have missed an opportunity because of them don't recommend using their services and they are extremely expensive fares
