Never use this company it took them to long to finish inspection I had to send a ticket in to get it done and then they said it would be 2 business days to pay me and I just received it 6 days later after I put in a ticket

Been waiting over 3 weeks now. Accepted revised offer and have still yet to receive my money. PAYPAL takes all of 30 seconds.. they ahve great apprasail procing, but at the cost of customer satisfaction. Smh

I felt in all fairness that I write this review after I labeled them a dishonest company in a previous review. I received my payment today after almost 15 days of waiting from DEC. 23, 2025 to today on JAN.7,2026 but I did receive it. I guess if you can except the long wait, the price is decent. I sent them my cell phone as good in condition because it only had a little scuff mark on a corner. Everything about my phone was in perfect condition and they offered me $295. The minute they got it they used the scuff against me and said that it was now worth $45. I rejected their offer. What a load of crap.

I know that sending things to someone far away is a helpless feeling; you're really putting your trust in a company to do right by you. I've been using BuyBackWorld for many years and I've NEVER had any problems. They want your items and won't give you a hard time in my experience at least. You have no worries with them and I give them an A+++ all the way around!

I was pleasantly surprised at the range of items BuyBackWorld will buy. I sold WiFi networking equipment and several WiFi speaker systems and was very pleased with the entire experience. BuyBackWorld contacted me at each stage from sending shipping labels to notifying me that my payments have been processed. I believe the condition of my items was evaluated fairly and would not hesitate to contact them again in the future.

I used this online buying service to sell my phone that was less than 6 months old, because I got a new one. It takes them forever to process the item once they get it. Then there is a constant process of sending you emails then they say, Congratulations we received your device, we are inspecting your device, we're going to pay you the full value for your device, it's in excellent condition. Then I just waited and waited and waited and waited. I even sent an email asking when I'm going to get my payment. I get some response back from some bot or some person in God knows where, saying the situation has been resolved, and you'll get an email when we pay you out. Now I am still waiting on this. That was 5 plus days ago. I would not sell anything to this company, they obviously don't really care about customer service. They only want your product, so they can make money off it. Not sure why it takes 2 or more weeks to pay you what they owe you.

They offered a fair price, included shipping and paid quickly. Highly recommend!

From start to finish I knew what to expect. I was a little skeptical at first to send electronics that weren’t a phone or tablet (since many have more restrictions). However, the search feature with photos and model numbers gave me the confidence to continue.

As promised, communication was consistent at each step (ship your device, device received, device processed, payment confirmation). I feared that my values quoted online might erroneously be reduced after the items were received, but I got exactly what I expected.

I would definitely recommend buybackworld, and I will use them again.

Very high appraisals and fast payment. The website doesn't look great, but they are a solid service. Much better offers than what you get from the "animal" website.

I received notification on October 17th that my cellphone was approved and that I would receive my money within 2 to 3 business days of the notification. I've had to write to the support email several times, and they only open one ticket. I have no problem with them sending me the payment in 7 to 10 days, but don't send me an email saying it will take 2 to 3 days. All around 4 stars but they will do best next time.

I am not getting any update on the payment for sending and accepting my devices. They state payment is to be sent via Venmo in 2-3 days and now itt has been 6+ bussiness days and they are not getting me any update besides the below. Dont sell to them.

UPDATE: I was finally paid. Still very annoying.

Something has changed at BBW where I have sold many items over several years. Never in the past have I needed to contact BBW customer support to inquire about receiving my payments for items that were tracked as being received, opened/inspected and approved for payment. After 5-7 days I have now twice had to contact customer support to ask about my payments to my Venmo. This never use to be the case, something something has changed at BBW and I hooe this can be corrected so I can continue using BBW.

Sold them AirPods 2 pro they sent it to a koala refurbishment they said AirPods were fakes it a lie I checked serial number on apple website it came back with a warranty date like it supposed to. now that want me to pay return shipping don’t deal with these people thieves they can stick the AirPods where the sun don’t shine lesson learned

This company actually paid me( and paid quickly) for four old iPads filling my cabinets. I thought they were worthless, even though they were still in perfect shape. I believe in repurposing rather than filling our land fills with toxic products. They are a well run company that does exactly what they advertise.

Extremely easy site. I had three phones. I sent one to Buyback, and the other two to a different site. The other two came back to me due to me declining the offer that was $5 other than the $120 they said. Buybackworld did not do this. They made an offer I sent phone and I received money. Like it should be! I will be sending them these other two.

Great communication from the company and paid more than other places. Quick and easy website to get an offer to sell old phone. Have used them several times and each transaction went well.
