I bought my third Cadac

I bought my third Cadac, I have them in different places. They're thoughtfully laid out, easy to use and really easy to keep clean. The last one didn't "fire" on one side so contacted Cadac. Within 2 hours they replied with an option of solutions and within the day the issue was resolved. Simple process helpful customer service and very quick resolution. Happy to recommend to anyone not just for the excellent product but also customer service

Grill-Ersatzteil; Top Kundendienst

Grill, sieben Jahre alt. Gasleitung defekt. Angefragt wegen Ersatzteil.Kam innerhalb von einer Woche. Inclusiv neuer Dichtgummis und Schrauben. Auf Kulanz. Und das nach sieben Jahren Benutzung. Hab ich noch nie erlebt. So gehts auch. Daumen hoch!

I bought a 2 cook 3 cook proDeluxe…

I bought a 2 cook 3 cook proDeluxe which came with a Quick Release coupling and a carrying bag.
unpacked all looked good untill i went to pack it away.
To pack this away you have to remove the elbow quick release coupling for the bag to zip up,to me it defeats the use of a quick release coupling and more to the point the thread stick out of the side which can easily be damaged.im come on DID you think it was going to be wrapped in bubble wrap,really dissapointed,would not recommend this product till Cadac Dometic sort the basic simple products out!

Although the storage bag for the 2 Cook 3 Pro Deluxe QR is tight it is possible to completely fasten it with the quick release on. Our clumsiness resulted in damage to…

Our clumsiness resulted in damage to the gas pipe on our BBQ.

After sending photos to Cadac they suggested dropping it off with them to see what could be done. They kindly replaced parts and we are all good to go 👍

Slechte service Cadac Dometic Nederland.

Service van Cadac Nederland is beneden peil. Ben al maanden bezig met een simpele garantieclaim. Er is gewoon geen contact mee te krijgen. Emails worden stelselmatig genegeerd. Op een negatieve review heeft Cadac wel gereageerd: of ik mijn klacht nogmaals kenbaar wilde maken via email.
Dit gedaan en wederom nul reactie. Kansloos.

Excellent service

I had a small problem with a new Cadac BBQ I had just purchased. I phoned Cadac for help, got through to somebody almost straight away who was able to sort out issue. Excellent service and a pleasure to be able to phone a company, speak to someone who knows what they are talking about and sort the problem.

Very helpful, easy communication, recognised and solved problem

Faulty piezo ignition on our Safari Chef 30 HP. Warranty Dept suggested remedies and when these did not work, sent me a replacement kit with clear pictorial instructions on how to remove and replace the faulty unit.
Works class service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Great products & excellent customer service

We were looking to upgrade our camp cooking equipment & were drawn to Cadac by a friend. We purchased the Carri Chef 50 with paella pan. I have to say we’re delighted with the bbq. There was a small defect in the paella pan. I emailed Cadac & explained & they replaced it 24hrs later. Outstanding customer service. The bbq itself is brilliant, easy to use, clean & store. I would definitely recommend them.

Gesmolten bbq

Helaas was een gedeelte van onze barbecue gesmolten.
Contact opgenomen met Cadac. Aangegeven dat we geen garantie bewijs hebben, want het was een cadeau.
Na wat mail contact hebben we gratis vervanging voor de gesmolten onderdelen.

Damaged griddle replaced without quibble

The griddle was damaged out of the box. I contacted the supplier who contacted Cadac, and they sent out a replacement without a quibble.

Good service

The piezo ignition broke on my Safari 30 just before the end of the warranty period. Contacted Cadac who promptly sent me out then replacement part.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service - I contact Cadac as the coating on the grill tray is starting to peel away - I explained we had only used the Cadac no more than four times so was disappointed in this - in addition, we had used all Cadac products to clean. I eventually got a reply back, stating that the "blemishes" were to be expected! I replied to contest this as the images I sent are not "blemishes" but the coating is peeling away. To date, still no response, the customer service is slow, unhelpful and in no way addresses customer issues. I had waited a long time to purchase a Cadac, and I am disappointed and underwhelmed with the product and it's performance. I really expected better all round. If you know your team isn't big enough to cope with customer care, then maybe this should also be addressed !!

schlechter Service, noch schlechteres Produkt

Wir haben einen Cadac Citi Chef 40 mit Zubehör direkt bei Cadac bestellt.

Eine sehr wackeliger Grill, muss man festhalten beim Anmachen sonst fällt er um.
Beim "Anbrennen" hat sich der Deckel mit dem Unterteil verschmolzen. Ging dann mit Kraft wieder auf... vom Geruch schreibe ich erstmal gar nicht.

Der Deckel samt Holzgriff werden so extem heiß, dass selbst mit Handschuhen ein Handling fast unmöglich ist. Und wohin mit dem heißen Deckel?
Die dafür vorgesehene Halterung kann man nicht verwenden. Verbrennungsgefahr!

Pizza verbrennt sofort .... mit meinem alten Outdoor Chef war Pizza kein Problem...

Nach unserem Widerruf kam nur eine vorgefertige Mail zurück. (Kundenservice beschäftigt, wir bemühen uns innerhalb 1-4 Tagen zu antworten...)

Nach unserer Erinnung am 4. Tag kam die gleiche Email zurück...

Nach einer weiteren Erinnerung kam dann der Hinweis, dass momentan kein deutsch sprechender Mitarbeiter da wäre...

Wir haben dann auf englisch geschrieben und haben wiederholt um einen Retourenschein gebeten.

Nach mehrmaligem erinnern, kam der Hinweis, dass wir die Retoure nach Niederlande schicken müssen und selbst bezahlen müssen. Es kam aber kein Retourenschein geschweige denn eine Adresse.

Nach weiterem mehrmaligen Nachfragen und dem Hinweis, dass, wenn wir nicht umgehend eine Adresse bekommen, wir die Retoure an die deutsche Adresse (Absender des Lieferpaketes) schicken, kam dann ruckzuck - nach fast 2,5 Wochen Schriftverkehr - die Adresse in der Niederlande.

Wir haben dann ca 45 Euro für den Rückversand bezahlt.

warranty claim

My small Cadac bbq ignitor stopped working so I contacted Cadac, filled in a form, uploaded our receipt and within a week had an email saying the part was on its way. Cadac provided the instructions for the part replacement which was easy. Well done Cadac for great service.

Safari 2 replacement parts

Having lost key parts of our Safari 2 Cadac, we contacted after sales to discuss replacement part. Carol who took our call was exceptional, providing excellent customer service and advice.

After explaining our issue Carol had a clear understanding and solution to our problem, accepting our warranty claim and swiftly processing the delivery, along with fitting instructions.
