Very much an amateur experience
Arrived at UK Campers with a view to purchasing a Carthage.
What an embarrassing greeting from Richard of Uk Campers,told him the motorhome we were interested in and what we had to trade in and off he trotted to speak with his boss, came back and said a 10k swap and we said ok that’s good,then he realised he had told his boss the wrong price of new motorhome should have been 140k but told his boss 104k.
Next comes the next fiasco he returns with our next offer including the accessories we required, this was scrippled on a creased piece of paper which he could not explain how they came to the figures.
We immediately replied keep the vehicle is said OK and walked off.
The experience was like dealing with a back street garage.
Once back in our car we stripped out the fiqures and found he had over quoted us by 5K.
What a joke , we would never return to such an amateur outfit with a salesman not fit for purpose and this was to purchase a new Carthago.

Staff are very helpful
Staff are very helpful, I requested an early check on the motorhome and sure enough the work was carried out as soon as they opened. Finished by 10.30am so I could return home in time. 👌

Our visit to Camper Uk was exceptional…
Our visit to Camper Uk was exceptional with a very warm welcome from George who very efficiently booked us in and went over the Warranty repair regarding solar and charging issues. The work was carried out by Ben who successfully diagnosed the solar problem and repaired it along with diagnosing the charging problem from the engine to the leisure batteries. He replaced the charging module and tested its function and it appeared to be working. However shortly after leaving we discovered the engine charging had stopped. We contacted George immediately and he has rebooked us in for Monday, fantastic backup and Service well done Camper Uk.

Fantastic company with family values.
Fantastic experience with Dean purchasing a Carthago E Line at Lincoln motorhome show. Then collecting it today from Dean after a great handover with Arran with a indepth demonstration how everything worked. Thanks to James sorting out the extra accessories to be put on with a friendly team in the workshop and rest of the staff sorting any queries out. We had presentation gifts and a photograph Dean and Arron with our lovely motorhome. Then onto Camper Uk Leisure Park for a night to check everything is working before going home, Welcomed by John & Kelly and showed to our pitch. Brilliant family organisation from selling and servicing motorhome's & shop selling accessories to a fantastic Leisure Park with fishing lake with lodges, glamping pods and touring pitches and a large rally field hosting lots of group events including charity events in aid of Lincolnshire and Nottingham air ambulance service. Glad to be included in the Camper Uk family by buying our 1st Motorhome off them & now a phoenix member. Les & Julie Morris

Great service for a service!

Great Service
Camper UK replaced the glow plugs following a Fiat recall and completed a software update. George met me and went through the work plan. He was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. Simon carried out the work and the van is running nicely.. It was all dealt with very efficiently as was the year 2 service 4 weeks ago. I’ve been having my motorhome maintained by them for all of the 10 years I’ve been motorhoming and will continue to do so despite a 270 mile round trip - a highly recommended and friendly family business.

We contacted a number of Dealerships…
We contacted a number of Dealerships looking to purchase a Malibu 640. Fortunately Camper UK had one available which we reserved with Carl. Carl guided us expertly through the part exchange and buying process. On collection day Carl went through the documentation and Aaron did a thorough handover of the new van. There were a couple of minor issues but nothing was too much trouble. This is our 4th campervan and we can honestly say that Carl, Aaron and their workshop colleagues are by far the most professional and competent people that we have dealt with in a dealership. If you are looking to buying a motor home we highly recommend Camper UK.

Camper UK.... Give yourselves a clap
We’ve just bought our second motorhome from Camper UK, and once again the service was great. My wife and I spent the whole day looking at different layouts, and everyone made us feel welcome. We were offered coffee, never felt any pressure, and any time we had a question, Richard was there to help.
Collection day was just as smooth. The handover was easy to follow, and everything from the cab to the living area was explained properly. Nothing felt rushed.

Very happy with habitation Service and…
Very happy with habitation Service and oil and filter change plus some warranty work on the fridge freezer, which I believe Matt was the mechanic who completed the Work 👌🏼 Luke on the Service desk has been brilliant getting my motorhome 100% and so good to deal with. Motorhome Lights - Following the discovery of a problem…
Following the discovery of a problem with the lights in the Bedroom Area of our Burstner Motorhome, I arranged an appointment for a diagnosis and possible repair of the problem. Following on from my visit, where the problem was located and repaired well within the timescale suggested, Karl Andresen, Operations Manager at Camper UK personally followed up my thoughts following my visit last Thursday where he confirmed that I was seen in and out by Luke on the service team and it was Dan who carried out the work on my vehicle, I was very happy with the service I received from the team and everything was dealt with as expected. The lights now work perfectly and our Motorhome was returned to me in a clean and tidy state. Thanks you so much for your help.

From the initial phone call Camper UK were helpful and friendly. This was our first service, MOT and habitation service on our motorhome. We were kept informed of the progress as the work was completed.
Everything was explained when we picked the motorhome up. Excellent company will definitely be using Camper UK again.

Great team
From the receptionist to sales person to hand over technician we were met with friendly approachable people. What I liked most was there was no fake business approach. I consider myself down to earth and the staff quickly identified that and treated myself and wife as normal run of the mill people. Nothing was too much hassle for any of the staff, not forgetting the staff in the shop. Very friendly helpful people, doing their job but in a great way. The vehicle we purchased was prepared to a high standard. I would 100% recommend Camper Uk, and if I was to ever change the vehicle they would be first on my list.
