Same old thing with capelli

There is no option to expedite an order, no option to call people and you get a stock response anytime there is an inquiry. I needed something in a hurry and i'm at the mercy of capelli and their outdated process.

Absolutely horrible delivery times

Absolutely horrible delivery times! They states 5 weeks delivery but 5 weeks pass and the order hasn’t shipped. And some items are delayed beyond 8 weeks!

If you have a choice do not use this company!

Reply: we reached out to your customer service multiple times, but they sending me the same message over and over again: sorry for the delays.

Order placed 7/17/25

Order placed 7/17/25. Indicated 5 week delivery (8/21). I contacted CS on 8/29 and eventually received a note indicating 9/8 shipment. On 9/15, I received a very excited response that part of my order had shipped....6 of my 13 items. Where is the rest? I contacted CS again and get generic responses and messages that my ticket has been closed......Don't close my ticket you haven't answered my question! Today is 9/30 and still no idea when i will receive the rest of my order that i paid for in JULY. No refund for shipping, no refund on my order. Just simple "we are checking" nonsense.

If I could give less than one star I would

If I could give less than one star, I would. Our experience with Capelli Sports has been nothing short of frustrating.

It took over 6 weeks just to receive a uniform. How is it possible in 2025 that a company can’t manage faster turnaround times? On top of that, their customer service is horrendous. Every time I reached out, I received the same generic, copy-and-paste responses with no real help or accountability.

To make matters worse, the cost of the uniforms is outrageous. We weren’t given a choice—we were forced to buy through them because it’s the provider my son’s academy team uses. For the price they charge and the lack of service they provide, this company is a complete disappointment.

I truly hope teams reconsider working with Capelli Sports in the future.

Poor customer service

I purchased 3 of the Men’s Madison 1/4 zip tops for our board members during the 25% off Labor Day sale. The sizing is on the small side so too snug. I need to make an exchange for a bigger size but I am being told that Capelli does not do exchanges. Instead I am expected to place a new order and pay full price and shipping. I have never encountered such a poor policy regarding online clothing. There was a potential to also order these tops for the 100 other referees in our assoc. but I will not do business with a company with poor customer service.

If I could give 0 stars about the…

If I could give 0 stars about the customer service for this company I would. The customer service is like talking to a Robot and no one will help me. I just want someone to verify if the order has actually been shipped. They mark shipped but it has not been received by UPS and there is no way to verify this. Every response is like talking to a robot. Doesnt matter if it is a Vanessa, Joy or Mike. The same person does not handle the same issue. They just close it and move on to the next. I need this handled and no one is actually taking care of it. There is no phone number to call just emailing customer service robots.

3 Months and Still Have Not Received Order

Negative stars would be more appropriate. Placed our order on June 25th, with an expected ship date 4-5 weeks after order placement. Today is Sept. 19th (almost 3 months later) and the order still has not shipped and there is no update. We are new to the club so we literally have no team kit for our keeper. I have reached out to customer service numerous times via email as this is the only way to contact them and receive generic responses about delays and they are sorry but thankful for my patience. At this point just send the socks and shorts that do not need to be customized.

A little more efficient on respond messages of what we did to change

I really like what I order but what I don't like it's the Capelli take too much time to respond on what I need to do of changing my address and the other thing that I didn't like it it's that they told me my package is going to come two days after of what I expecting but it comes just a day later but it was too much stress waiting for my package

Too long to ship after purchase

It seems to take forever for items purchased to be shipped. For the second time now, we order an item and roughly 10 days later we get notified it’s being shipped. Why that long? The items ordered weren’t personalized items, they were just goalie shirts and shorts.

This is absolutely the worst customer…

This is absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. We had to order here for our team jerseys. It has taken over 3.5 months to get my order to me yet I was charged immediately for my order. Then as an apology the company refunded 25% off the jersey and shorts only which is such a small amount. Additionally, the only way you can communicate with them is through email and ever email sounds like it was answered by a chat bot. Unfortunately I am still waiting for my order. I would recommend to avoid ordering from this company at all costs.

Good site and products, I do wish it was a bit quicker

The website is good. When I did feel the need to inquire about when my non-customized product would be shipped, I did get a kind and favorable response. I don’t like to nudge but it seems like the nudge worked to move things along. The informed tracking info was great. Hopefully the customized products will be shipped soon as they take up to 5 weeks :-(
The products themselves are of good quality.
