Same complaint as everyone else

Same complaint as everyone else. The delay in shipment and the generic response when you email them is ridiculous. They have now sent me three different emails saying my shipment is on the way however the tracking number just keeps saying that UPS does not have possession of the items. This is going to be the third weekend my daughter doesn't have her team uniform. I don't understand a company that gives an order deadline in July, a promise to have it by August 25th and only ships half a teams uniform?!? The whole team needs it to play and feel a part of it. Why would you think sending parts of orders would be ok? Plus you still have not shipped everyone else's well past YOUR "promised" date. Warn your organization that this is not the company to order from. Least they can do is over night it at their expense so my kids can wear their uniforms this weekend that I paid a lot of money for them to have.

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. Spent almost $1,000.00 on soccer uniform and gear. I ordered it as soon as the link became available on June 1st and was guaranteed delivery by August 1st. August 1st came and no gear. Our team actually had to play a Capelli sponsored tournament with out their new gear. We got a partial order late August the quality is terrible the iron on decals they use were peeling up on the edges out of the packaging.It is now September 17th and I am still waiting on the rest of my order and all Capelli keeps saying is sorry we’ll get an update with in 3-4 day for you. Meanwhile other teammates ordered weeks or over a month later and received their gear with in 2-3 weeks. It is ridiculous to wait going on 4 months for your terrible quality uniforms and gear to come in. 0 stars

Terrible Experience

Your customer service strategy is terrible. You don’t offer a real number to call to check on orders and a 5 week processing time is absolutely terrible compared to other companies in the industry. The only reason people order through you all is because organizations force us to. Please get it together, you all are terrible.

I finally get the Jersey order over 6 weeks later and they got the Jersey number wrong. The request to change the number was submitted the day it was ordered and they confirmed it would be updated but I guess that was a lie just like the 5 week shipping max. There’s not enough time to exchange it. Terrible terrible company

Extremely slow shipping

Overall I’m pretty disappointed with the platform and the speed of delivery for my daughter’s kit. The kit came after 3 months. She missed her first game in uniform. A discount on upcoming purchases and a minimal discount on my overall order which I had already placed was refunded. I would not be disappointed if our club moved to another company in the future. The experience for several parents was awful.

Customer Service Email Only :(

The "a la carte" order process is challenging, almost impossible. And since you have to wait 2-3 business days for an email response, troubleshooting is nearly impossible. When uniform needs are often of a time-sensitive nature, this delay is costly & can prevent kids from being able to play. It's a baffling business model for a company that outfits competitive clubs and offers retail. If we had any other option, even if it were twice as much money, I would opt in.
Perhaps during predictably busy periods (new season, holidays), they could hire more staff to respond within 24 hrs, or call customers to avoid extended & time-consuming email exchanges, or provide an actual chat/phone option.
Errors happen & that's reasonable. Not having a way to address those errors in prompt and resolute manner is completely unreasonable.

My experience with this company has been completely disappointing. I placed an order 7 weeks ago and never received my package. To make matters worse, their customer service is terrible: they don’t respond, provide no information, and have no communication with customers.

It is clear that they are very irresponsible and unreliable. I do not recommend doing business with this company under any circumstances. Avoid buying here if you don’t want to go through the same
