Awesome bouncy tramp. Easy to install

No response from customer service. I have been missing a package for a month now and finally got an email back after threatening to dispute the credit card charge. They still never resolved the issue or emailed me a new tracking number as promised. I am now disputing the charge

We had an issue with our original trampoline order, but the customer service team at Capital Play were so helpful in remedying the situation. I give the trampoline 5 stars. The bounce is amazing and I love the side enclosure. The quality is also very good. I was a collegiate gymnast and rank this the best at home trampoline.

My only reason for not giving the review 5 starts was due to customer service to get my trampoline. It took over a month to receive my trampoline. After receiving it, it was well worth the wait.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was expeditious. Only concern was that I NEVER spoke to a person, nor did ANYONE response to my email. Not sure why that happened.

Speedy delivery. Trampoline is awesome and was a great family gift for Xmas. I think installation was a little more involved and we decided not to tackle digging the hole ourselves and hired someone to do it. Smart decision on our part. I would imagine the difficulty of digging the hole depends on your ground and ours is loaded with rocks. I would recommend and order again.

The quality of this trampoline is excellent and it looks great where we had it installed in our backyard. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the installation in my opinion was definitely not a simple DIY project. We hired a landscape designer to do the installation, and it required 2 workers and a bobcat to dig the hole and reroute our irrigation system and downspout drains. I knew our limitations when I watched the video, so this wasn’t a surprise. I’m thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend Capital Play in-ground trampolines to anyone who is looking for a safer, more eye-appealing trampoline for their home.

Well, supposedly my trampoline should have been delivered by now, but no one seems to know where it is. The third party delivery service they use is horrible. And I sort of have to give a bad review to the company as well because they can’t seem to locate my product. My kids are going to be very disappointed for Christmas. Horrible customer service and again, missing product, that I have now paid a lot of money for, but no one knows where it is.

Received the product and impressed with the quality. It arrived quickly as stated 7 to 10 business days. There were a few missing springs but had them in a few days. It looks great in the ground. Not some big clunky thing sitting in the yard. My only complaint would be assembly. It's a least a 3 man job. Unless you have a back hoe.the digging is a big job. It also took 3 to attach the springs as it became more difficult as they were attached. My granddaughter loves it.

I ordered the wrong size mat and outside pads for the trampoline. Capitol Play was very nice about me returning on my mistake and shipping me out the correct product. thank you very much

We are extremely happy with our in-ground trampoline. We bought the 14’ and had it installed by Red Dirt Irrigation in Oklahoma City. The communication by Capital Play was excellent as the product took a little while to get to us due to typical pandemic era shipping related issues. Once it arrived it was in great shape and my installer could begin the project. I highly recommend contacting a local irrigation company that has the tools needed to dig the hole! It’s definitely not an easy self dig project and hiring it out saved my back from all the digging! There was a missing bag of springs so I contacted Capital Play and they immediately shipped the springs and now the kids are jumping! I would highly recommend Capital Play in-ground trampolines!

I received the trampoline with all of the parts and pieces, and the customer support was responsive with the shipping issues. It arrived within the estimated time frame, but at the last day. The boxes were heavily damaged and I’m surprised that nothing fell out. The continents were undamaged as best I could tail though and the trampoline functions as advertised.
