Great customer service!
I do not own a Caple product. I am writing this review to let everyone know that this company has great customer service. First of all, if you email them, someone will respond. I had a conversation with Olivia Howse, and although she was not able to help me because it turned out the sink in question was not actually a Caple product, she went above and beyond in her attempts to help. These days, that is very impressive. Rest assured that you will be in good hands if you chooses to work with this company!

I needed new strainer plugs and didn’t…
I needed new strainer plugs and didn’t want cheap ones that didn’t fit and leak so decided to buy directly from the supplier of the sink
I needed 2 but bought 3 so that I didn’t have to pay postage and now have a spare. They came quickly packaged really well and I was advised all the way

Honesty and true customer service
Honesty, a rapid response to customers, no quibbling from Caple about honouring their 5 year warranty, and a very efficient spare parts supply of ceramic inserts to taps. Extremely reliable

Have had an amazing kitchen
Have had an amazing kitchen, but then moved house so now I need a new one! So far I have replaced the oven and am hoping to get a whole new kitchen. Great appliances and the units are really good. Would recommend!

Spare Parts needsd
The roller latches had lost two ball bearings on my Caple Extractor. I contacted Caple and the team was able to provide me with the information needed to identify the part needed. Excellent service and communication provided by the company and the latches arrived promptly. Thank you for your excellent service Caple

Kitchen tap leak fixed quickly and cheaply.
When our kitchen tap developed a small leak I contacted the manufacturer, Caple, to describe the problem and to ask for advice as I couldn't see how to replace the faulty cartridge.
I received a very prompt reply from Olivia in which there were links to a video showing how to proceed with the repair and a further link to a kit containing the necessary replacement parts.
Both links were very helpful and they allowed me to replace the cartridge thus fixing the leak with minimal delay and without having to call out a plumber! Result.

Good sales site and excellent delivery
Ordering was simple. Delivery super quick and communication re delivery was very good.
Haven’t yet opened the package as waiting for sink fitter but it’s not damaged on the outside.
