Brilliant Customer Service
I ordered spare filters for our extraction fan. Placed the order over the weekend, received an update Monday morning and items despatched same day, with arrival on Tuesday. I am really impressed by the service and especially the comms from Willow, who made contact to make sure everything was correct. Really great service

Fantastic experience with Dan & Jo
We came for an experience day as part of setting up our new kitchen showroom. Dan and Jo pulled out all the stops, spent the time showing us all the products and Jo cooked us a delicious 3 course meal, with goodies to take home! Thank you to them both and we look forward to working together moving forward

Attended the Caple Experience with The Kitchen Depot
Attended the Caple Experience with a few colleagues on 03.03.26.
The showroom is absolutely stunning lots of inspiration photos taken, great selection of products out on display to interact with.
Lauren was a great host, terrific cook, and her product knowledge second to none.
Thanks to both Iain and Lauren for their hospitality was very much appreciated.
Would have loved helping with the meal and getting a true representation of using the sense premium ovens and going through the settings more hands on using the various functions, maybe something to think about in the future to make it more hands on and getting to experience working with the products at the same time.
All in all a recommended visit, have come away with lots of additional knowledge about Caple and its products.

Great service!
The service I have had from Olivia has been brilliant. DPD failed to deliver for some reason but Olivia sorted it quickly with the item arriving a couple of days later. Thank you!

Great customer service!
I do not own a Caple product. I am writing this review to let everyone know that this company has great customer service. First of all, if you email them, someone will respond. I had a conversation with Olivia Howse, and although she was not able to help me because it turned out the sink in question was not actually a Caple product, she went above and beyond in her attempts to help. These days, that is very impressive. Rest assured that you will be in good hands if you chooses to work with this company!
