The receptionist and dental hygienist are friendly and very professional.

The staff and Dr. were very cordial and focused on me. They were help and provided a good experience. The Dr. explained everything and answered all of my questions.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating during my visits. The wait time is short to non-existent. The doctors and technicians are very skilled and knowledgeable about their craft and perform their work like craftsman.

every time i have gone i have been treated with smiles and kindness. they work with you on paying,the dentist is courteous and knowledgeable. I have had several teeth pulled and I was in and out in minimal time,with no pain or complications. They're great!

Knowing that I was getting Dentures after
The teeth removal steps should have been taken to eliminate any further surgery.
I feel that when I finally do the dental impressions, any minor bumps should not be a problem

I like this place. The employees are friendly and you get what you pay for. SO long as you schedule stuff in advance, you should be good to go.

I have many dental issues in my time due to accident, etc., and I always receive excellent work from Dr. Timothy Mathis and his dental assistants. I have high regard with the work Dr. Mathis performs and I appreciate the whole team, the dental assistants and office staff, who are friendly and helpful.

Bastrop is lucky to have dentists as skilled as Dr. Mahmoud and Dr. Haris. Both Dr.s explain everything and, considering they put sharp needles in your mouth, are somewhat humorous.

They are prompt to take me, soon after I arrive. The service is very good.

I like their services, but I recently had to reschedule a cleaning due to a work required conference. The reschedule is another four months out.
When you have to schedule six months in advance, sometimes you cannot plan that far in advance and having to wait that long is ridiculous if you have to change the appointment.
