Very helpful customer support. Problem was resolved - for two cards - promptly with clear verbal and written instructions for reloading cards into an Apple wallet provided.

I have had to ring Caxtons customer services on two occasions in the last six months, through problems created by me and not their card or service.
On both occasions , once connected I was dealt with in a very professional and courteous manner.
Not only were the customer services persons sympathetic to my self induced problems but could immediately remedy and rectify the problems within minutes.
In a world of chat bots and endless waiting on the phone followed by endless options to ring different single digit numbers to actually talk to a human, often in an accent that is not easy to understand, this Caxton experience was refreshingly delightful.
A superb experience from Caxton, thank you , you choose and train your personnel exceptionally well.

When i called caxton i got through to Hugo this young man was very pleasant at all times and he couldnt do enough to sort out my complaint which he did within 10mins he was always polite and respectful during our conversation caxton should have more people like Hugo
