Purchased an Ajax alarm system along with extras from CCTV Direct recently, the web site is easy to navigate plus there are links in the products to the specifications and other details. Prices are very competitive and delivery was made by DPD in less than 24 hours which was pretty quick. They also have a technical helpline that I did use which for me is a bonus, not least considering their pricing is so good - check out the coupon sites though as they seem to have discount vouchers available quite frequently. Yes I do recommend them, they're both fair and friendly.

I spoke to Dan today quite late in the day with an issue to change the settings on a particular camera that used intrusion detection facilities . However there was an issue with my pro app but Dan as usual got stuck in and helped me .

Difficult and wierd problem sorted out by Daniel, password conflicts, missing camera, Unv not being recognised, my network wasn't helping matters, all ok now.
