Extremely helpful staff excellent service
I decided to replace the cartridge in my leaking mixer tap. I removed the said cartridge and took it to several specialist plumbing suppliers, all of whom were unable to help, as they did not have the correct parts. I went to CDA, where I spoke to Kailun and Tony (members of staff), who were extremely helpful in identifying the correct parts and supplying me with them. They also informed me that my tap was within the 5-year warranty, and the parts were provided under warranty. I cannot speak highly enough of the service that I received.

CDA have been great
CDA have been great, purchased a new electric hob for a great price. Had some issues during installation and called them and they sent an engineer out straight away. The issue was fixed very quickly, would highly recommend.

Superb service !
There wasn’t any argument over the warranty, CDA communications was excellent . The engineer rang to give an ETA , arrived on time, was sociable and fixed the appliance in quick time. Couldn’t ask for anything else.

Heating Element Repair
I was given a text message to say Engineer would be at my home next day between 11am and 5pm to carry out repair to oven. The engineer was here 10:50am, so was pleased with that. Swift change on heating element. Back up running

Lucky to be alive. Dangerous
Dangerous product almost causing a house fire, 20 days later still unresolved and only offering to replace a plug, nevermind the damage caused!
Give timelines they don’t stick to and little customer care. Buy elsewhere and potentially save your life if not a load of hassle!

Stay very clear of dishwashers
Stay very clear of dishwashers - for 2 years now we have had problems and we are onto our 3rd dishwasher that they have replaced because of warranty. The biggest problem is once the dishwasher dies, you are looking at about minimum of 4 to 5 weeks for all the admin to run through the process to get the replacement dishwasher.

Quick call out
The arrangement for an Engineer to call was excellent.
Due to the nature of the problem he could not inspect the wine cooler as he could not get his hand inside the unit as the opening was to small.
Hopefully it will be O.K.

Very bad experience,
My oven broke down on 10th April, after 17 months of use.
First appointment for engineer 22nd April, I took day off work, after 7min in the house he said no part have to order. Next appointment 13th May.
Discussing more than a month without oven.

Eventually an Excellent Job Well Managed and Executed
The heating element failed before the end of warranty, but after the free labour guarantee. The pre-paid engineer's appointment was well over a week from when the booking was. Understandable I guess. No doubt the engineer is in high demand servicing a huge area and is extremely competent and personable.
All in all an excellent service from the detailed determination of which model through to the arrival and departure of the engineer.

Great service and resolution
Graham attended to resolve our issue. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Sorted the issue very quickly for us. Fantastic service all round.

I cannot praise this company highly…
I cannot praise this company highly enough.
I had an issue with my induction hob, the help desk person was a dream to speak with and promptly arranged for an engineer to visit.
The engineer contacted me to confirm the issue so he my order the correct parts, he arrived as arranged, was an expert at his job, was personable, tidy, and courteous.
And CDA didn’t charge for any of this.
I’ll be a lifelong customer of theirs now.
