Absolutely awful went to have my roots done and my lengths dyed she put 2 toners on I left there looking terrible my hair looked grey and all different shades she also cut for too much off I ask for shoulder length not chin she was too concerned about receiving an email from her kids school saying they would be in different classes next year I had to go home and get my husband to redye my hair he normally does my roots and lengths perfect and he's not a hairdresser I don't know what the he'll she found so difficult about it. Thus was in the Yeovil branch

I don't even know where to start... the worst haircut ever!!!!!
I was so happy when I was told I could be seen the same day, now I wish I never went! To be clear, I am talking about the shop in Boscombe.
Went for a trim, came out with at least 5 inches off...and what is even worse, 1 side is shorter than the other!!! THE WORST HAIRCUT EVER!!!!!!
Honestly, avoid!!!
I have to find someone now to fix this mess, and my long hair is gone. I cried , first time ever over a haircut.
And it wasn't even cheap. Terrible!!!!

Today had my second haircut with JADE at Cellys, Taunton. And, once again, she cut my hair exactly as I had asked - even though my request was slightly unusual. And, when I asked her opinion of a slight alteration, her suggestion to cut my hair in increments until I was happy, was perfect. A very pleasing result!

Celly's in Bexleyheath is great value. The stylist Tessa was great. She styled my hair perfectly with great colours. I really can't wait to go back. If I could give 20 stars I would.

I was greeted by Paola, who immediately showed me to a seat, no waiting. She asked me how I would like my hair, listened and then followed my instructions precisely. She was very polite and pleasant. I couldn't have asked for more.

Went to cellys today in bognor Regis, had Lauren who cut my hair, very pleased with the result, thank you Lauren 😀

I have been coming to Cellys since moving into the area for over 3 years. Farnborough salon.
My hair was long overdue a cut....
First time in my life- now an OAP- had a male do my hair...
I went in feeling miserable and scruffy and gloomy- i came out a new woman and to say i love it is an understatement.

The noise was deafening from the staff talking about personal matters. One stylist was bemoaning a tooth ache and opened her mouth wide and was looking in the mirrror at it infront of customers.

I had to ask to have my hair washed instead of it being a given. Im allergic to the nylon gowns so just asked for a towel. I dont know what the girl did, but when I got outside afterwards and looked, the whole of the back of my hoodie was soaking wet, going through the t-shirt underneath.

I asked for no straight lines and she cut my fringe straight across which I hate. I wanted it feathered. Which was obviously beyond her capabilities.

She didn't even asked what I wanted, just started cutting before I had to interrupt her.

Its the worst hair cut Ive ever had and would never go there again.

Awful staff, not interested in the customers at all, horrible loud atmosphere and dreadful haircut and customer service.

PLEASE AVOID.

Just such a great service and value for money, I had a full head off colour done today, and it's absolutely lovely the lady sabian(sorry if spelt wrong) was lovely and so patient as it took a while and very resureing and checking I was happy throughout the whole process, and all the other staff were lovely that I saw going about there jobs today thank you so much

Had my hair coloured again today at cellys tess is the lady who does it for me very friendly makes you feel very welcome .thank you I'm very happy with my hair .

Terrible dreadful horrible hair cut!!! Nothing like I asked for! Bristol Broadmead branch, advertising £19.99 charges £35 for a dry haircut without a wash! Huge con! Don’t do it to yourself, there are plenty of decent hairdressers, I came out of this one worse than before I went in literally in tears. 🥲💔

Went for wash and blow dry. When coming to dry my hair hairdresser said he was unable to do a curly blow (which should’ve been made clear at the beginning) but proceeded to say he could curl my hair with straightners, which he also said he had actually never done before. Filled with little confidence the hairdresser continued burnt the ends of my hair to the point where it became matted. So after crying in the salon and then going home to further inspecting the damage I had to cut half my hair off because of the damage no hair mask was going bro save it. In theory my point is stay clear. The girl sat next to me complaining about her hair colour should’ve been a clear warning to me

Went to cellys poole today my hair was looking very dull and in a bad condition. A lovely new stylish Naz gave me new highlights re done my roots. I left feeling very happy and would recommend Naz.

I had an appointment Tuesday for my roots to be done (just the bare front of my hair was bleached) and my sister was the same, the lady worked there sat me and my sister in the chair and as we made it very clear what we wanted done she turned our hair from blonde to green, blue, yellow and grey putting toners on I told her the toner was burning my head she blew on me and told me it’s fine my hair was getting worse the more so was doing it the boss came in and told us to come back tomorrow as there’s a hair colour lady coming in and promised she would fix it so me and my sister went in and the lady told us she couldn’t do it till later on so we left and came back when we did she then proceed to tell us she’s not touching our hair there’s not another hairdresser hat will correct another stylist work I am mortified !!!
