I received everything but it arrived late
I received everything I ordered but it was a couple of days later than I needed it to be delivered, so I couldn't complete the project in the time allowed.

Terrible service
You took the order knowing where I live, only to cancel it the next day because it's not stocked by my local store.
If you can't deliver, then you shouldn't take the order. At a min you should have a list of stores it's available from etc.
The product was cavity blocks. Not something unusual or weird. So it's even more bizzare you don't stock them in Waterford.
I then had to wait almost a week for the money to return fully, which meant that instead of building materials the next day, I had to wait and order elsewhere after it returned, and now wait for that delivery. You've cost me almost 2 weeks. And not through an accident, just really poor business practices.

Surprise delivery.
The goods were well described, reasonably priced and the online ordering process straight forward.
Sadly let down by no notification of intended or of actual delivery having occurred. Eventually a message arrived two hours after I had already machined the goods into final products.

Online order that was out of stock
Online order all went fine, took my money.. next morning a phone call to say they were cancelling my prefer as it was out of stock , no like we will do our best to get it as soon as possible or anything just, it’s out and that’s it.. but it was online and in stock when the money was taken!

Received an email to say that there was a 'small' problem with my order of one week ago. The item was not available and its appearance on the Chadwicks website was a mistake. Luckily TJ Mahony has it! Disappointed, so no goods, one star.
