Web site confusing re what is available for delivery and the fact that one store may take order even if one of objects ordered not available. Staff in store at store where I eventually did click & collect were very helpful

Don’t deliver ‘anywhere in Ireland’
Sadly the claim of delivery anywhere in Ireland in 3-4 days is untrue and they don’t deliver to west cork… only told us 5 days after

Charged twice during refund
I bought a quadrant shower tray online for click and collect in Mervue, Galway. When I got home I found that it wasn't the type I ordered (drain on wrong side). I returned it to Chadwicks in Roscommon the next day. They said they couldn't process the return until the following week as it was an online order. I called to see what was happening 3 business days later and a girl answered the phone. She took my card details over the phone to process the refund but she charged me for a second time. She began swearing on the phone as she told me she had charged me twice and said the refund will take another few days. So I was out the price of 2 shower trays with nothing in hand. Very poor service.

I purchased a lawnmower and it was…
I purchased a lawnmower and it was missing a part. It was bought online through click and collect. I could not get in contact with the store or manager via phone. I emailed chadwicks customer care and heard nothing back. Very poor follow up service. Im really not happy. I have gone and ordered the part online myself at an extra cost to me.

Rang to check if online order was ready for collection, was told it was ready, went to pick it up and was told there was an issue processing my order. I said I'd buy the item for cash again and cancel my online order, however there was only one left in stock and it was damaged. Had to go elsewhere. Poor communication the first time I rang.
