Pretty good product for the price
Pretty good product for the price. Easy to assemble. I wish the wood higher quality. They are great for petite and medium weight people. That's just my opinion.

The wood on the chairs is much darker…
The wood on the chairs is much darker than thr picture shows. They appear light oak when in reality they are medium to dark . They will not match my kitchen at all! Waiting for i do on a return for another set of chairs

The styles of seating are very good
The styles of seating are very good, and the prices are fair. Construction quality is very good, although three of my four dining chairs did develop small cracks in the lower wood frame because of improperly sized dowels or imprecise-sized pre-drilled holes upon proper assembly. The furniture was well-packed, but there was a lot of packaging waste after assembling 8 chairs. I had a whole truckload of cardboard, styrofoam (the annoying and shedding kind), and plastic wrapping to take the dump and recycling center.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I will never do business with this company again and have shared my experience with personal friends and family.
Reply: and your failure to acknowledge that I selected the green chairs to my cart, and was then given a pop up message that the color I selected was out of stock, even though it showed in stock, then the system automatically changing my selection to black is why I will never do business with this company again.
And your offer to tell me to keep the chairs for 10% refund is a joke. Your counter with 15% refund is a joke. And lastly your offer to ship back unassembled chairs in its original packaging and pay over $50 in shipping is also a joke.
I’m in the middle of furnishing a home and was willing to spend a lot more money on future purchases and you waisted a new customer with an offer of $24-30 refund or $50 to ship back.
Don't reply to me again about frustrations, because your customer service team isn’t concerned about making this right.

Misleading for stability and sturdiness
The chairs are nice, although the screws and holes didn’t match up correctly where the chairs wobble and when sitting you can’t really move to the sides or the chair will tip over being dangerous for little children. Heavier set adults can possibly break the back legs. Do not recommend for heavier set individuals or little children.

Fast delivery from day ordered. Chairs lived up to expectations from pictures and description and look great in kitchen. Picture directions could use some written instruction especially on orientation of pieces. Might have shortened construction time.
