Not a Problem
Order processed the same day as ordered - even though it was on a Saturday. The pictures are accurate regarding the color. They went together easy and they are sturdy stools. We love them.

No delivery, bad communication
Ordered two chairs for delivery to White Plains NY. They got within 2 miles of my house and are now apparently on their way back to Canada. No updates from Chairus no help from Fedex.

The chairs are nice and happy with them but losing the first order and alot of confusion on the second shipment with tracking and shipping. But correspondence with the company was professional and responsive. Once they finally arrived, everything was there, easy to assemble and return nice.
