First of all the shoes I bought were just beautiful and so comfortable! But what has really set Charlotte Mills apart is the excellent customer service I received. I lost a shoe strap and enquired about buying another one - the team responded so quickly and sent another strap at no additional cost. Such amazing customer service
After worrying my shoes wouldn’t arrive on time for my wedding due to a mess up with Royal Mail not registering my next day delivery, Grace at Charlotte Mills went above and beyond to track my parcel and even refunded my postage costs too. My shoes arrived and are absolutely beautiful! They responded so quickly and were really invested in delivering high quality customer service, really caring about how I felt. Thank you so much! Xxxx

Brilliant service, cannot recommend enough!
I had ordered two dresses and loved both! the quality is amazing and the packaging is such high quality! I needed to return one after exchanging a size and Grace was so incredibly helpful with sorting out the return process and quickly responded to all of my emails and explained the whole process so brilliantly. I massively recommend for both the amazing quality and the brilliant customer service thank you so much!!!

Terrible customer service
I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a refund and no response to emails.
I wasn't blown away by the quality either, felt quite cheap and cheerful to me.
Would not use them again to purchase another pair of shoes as planned.

When returning for a refund, we have to allow time for the return to reach us, the return to be processed and for the refund to then be issued, before clearing in your account. As per our Returns Policy, refunds can take up to 7 working days to clear in your account. During busy periods this can take a little longer, so I do apologise if you felt this timeframe was longer than it should have been. As for the quality of your shoes, this is something we truly pride ourselves on at CM. I have found our correspondence with you and can see you didn't mention the quality. Wedding shoes
I messaged the business instagram page before purchasing my wedding shoes as I had a few questions. I received a response within 24 hours from the most helpful staff member. I ordered my shoes moments after receiving the response and I could not be happier with my dream wedding shoes. The packaging of the shoes when they arrived was outstanding and I cannot wait to wear them on my special day

Beautifully made, incredibly comfortable shoes — perfect for my wedding day. As a more mature bride, comfort was a top priority, and these tick every box. A small delivery hiccup was quickly resolved with excellent communication, even outside office hours. Highly recommended!

Great customer service & returns
Bought a lovely dress from them. The dress was clearly well made with good quality, just didn't suit what I was looking for.
However their customer service was very responsive and quickly expedited the returns process!

I am sorry to hear that you were not completely happy with the packaging of your order. We pride ourself on the care taken when packaging all our lovely pieces so this is disappointing to hear.

I really like the unique idea of having…
I really like the unique idea of having all of the something old, something new etc all in one shoe.
I ordered pre-loved Mia heels with markings on the sole, I didn't really mind it. Shoe still feels well-made, and sturdy and comfortable.
I was just a little bit disappointed I didn't get my something borrowed with it as it didn't come with the envelope with the return address but not a big deal at all. x
