We had a chair delivered this week and the salesman (Ed) was so friendly, helpful and understanding and the delivery team (Stanley and Danny) couldn't have been more obliging. Ed informed us of everything we needed to know and did not push us in any way. Really to be recommended.

I ordered a chair
I ordered a chair, and the salesman came from there, and there was no pressure. He said it would be around 4-8 weeks, and it was ready for delivery. The delivery men were really good; they were cheerful, cleared up the package, and made sure I knew how to operate it. This is a good company to order from.

Pleasant and helpful experience
Henry came this afternoon from Charterhouse Mobility to demonstrate a Durham riser-recliner chair.
He was pleasant, polite and professional.
He gave me all the information I needed to feel confident that the chair would make my life much more comfortable.
He physically demonstrated the workings of the chair which I found very helpful.

Outstanding service and product quality.
The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout the process and clearly knowledgeable about their products. The chair we ordered has made a significant difference for our family member, restoring a level of independence that had been difficult to maintain before.
