Not that comfortable bought a universal cup holder a major requirement on any chair and the arms were too
narrow to fit - hard to see how the price is justified as a
host of chairs of a finer quality can be picked up for a
fraction of the price - Acorn Mobility you've got a long
way to grow!

From the time that I placed a call for a representative to get in touch with me I found the Ian your representative gave me full insurance that he new his job.

Laurna came to our home and was very friendly and informative about the mobility scooters that I was interested in!
She demonstrated 2 scooters that suited my needs and I had a go on both of them.
I decided the lighter scooter suited my needs and went ahead and bought the carbon mobility scooter!

Had the pleasure of a visit from David Masters who took me through all the benefits of a proper chair and bed to support me in managing my daily chronic pain from fibromyalgia. He was kind, understanding and very thorough I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of taking out any Oak Tree Mobility product.

Empathetic and knowledgeable representative fully explained choices and took us through possibilities and practicalities. Choosing the right chair became an enjoyable experience.

I had contacted several companies and found Oak Tree Mobility to be the most professional on first contact. The questions asked were pertinent. He home visit and assessment of the bathroom were very good and although we were given all of the information we didn’t feel pressured. We were also pleased to learn that the hoist is made in the UK.

As only just ordered, so far very good Everyone we have spoken to very friendly and helpful from Richard who came to visit us Adam who kept in touch with us, as we sorted things out with another retail bed company who sold us a adjustable bed that didn't work to a lovely phone call today from Donna who will be keeping us informed as our new bed is made. So as l say so far so good . Now just hope our bed meets expectations as they say

Since having a chair from this company it's been awful . The. Chair had multiple issues within a 5 week period . Be warned stay away and the exspect you to pay a £60 call out fee each time .

I purchased a Serenity recliner chair in September 25,
Excellent design and quality, very pleased with it .
One minor problem with it but rapid response from customer service soon had it sorted. Would definetly
use this company again.

First of all I had quick response from my First call and home visit was arranged withing hours a young man called Gary Carr turned up for our demonstration, he put us at ease from the start he never put us under any pressure at all to buy he talked us through everything showed us how the chairs could benefit our mobility he was a cheerful chap and certainly knew he's job he even took he's shoe's off without being asked how polite, cant wait for our new chairs to turn up now

Chris and Connor delivering were nice and friendly, took old chair out, new chair installed and demonstrated controls very well. New chair looks great and works fine.
We had accepted a text reminder that they were arriving 1300- 1800, but that message had not reached them, so were here before 0900! So 5* lorry crew; office crew maybe less😄

The Gentleman who delivered was extremely polite & efficient.
He made it all so seamless & easy.
