Indifference
We had to chase CHubb for three months following acceptance of your quote, to actually get a date for installation. When a date was proposed, it would have entailed a further three month wait. We had to complain before the installation date was brought forward. When it was installed, the engineer found he was short of three smoke detectors and will still have to come back again to fit these. As testing a fire alarm on a weekly basis is a legal requirement, we found Chubb's indifference to acting promptly very unimpressive. We hope that the on-going care of the system is better going forward.

Issue with the alarm overnight on Friday as a result of a storm . Phoned on bank holiday Saturday- immediate response . Engineer attended that afternoon. Exceptional service .
