SCAM sites appear top of the search engine via Google which was reported many years ago but b’ham council done nothing
This allows the council to benefit from people thinking they paid but being scammed with fake site and loosing this money PLUS thinking it’s a case to appeal showing evidence of paying then finding the charge increase from £60 to £120 for exercising right to appeal
CLEARLY a money make for the council showing to help to victims of the scam who evidence they thought they paid

I’ve just paid £14 to the first clean air zone site that came up! It’s a scam site! It should be £9 and I realised after via gov.Uk website but this scam clean air zone site is the first one that comes up! Why hasn’t it been taken down? It’s is some deliberate government scam to get more money perhaps? Otherwise it would have been removed by now!????? I’m fuming. I’ve cancelled my bank card in case they have my card details. I have got to call fraud team tomorrow so try and get the £14 refunded and in meantime had to pay the correct charge via correct site of £9. Stress I can do without at moment!

Utter scam - used to pay for Bristol clean air zone then got a fine .we site needs taking down and they need prosecuting

SCAM!! Do not use - they are not council registered. They will pay the fee at a higher rate. Use government website to pay any ULEZ fees.

It’s a scam. Not affiliated with the clean air zone. Use the .gov website to pay. It is £8 and these scammers are charging £14. How this site has not been taken down is beyond me. It’s as obvious a crime as you can get but nothing has been done. Reported to police.

Scammed as per the other reviews.
They did reply to my request for a refund, but insisted I'd have to send them my receipt first which I'd never received. My car reg, date of payment/travel, and picture of the transaction from my bank statement wasn't enough!
As mentioned by another reviewer, they use Nochex to process payments.
So I reached out to Nochex who were amazing and arranged the refund on my behalf.

What a shock when I just got charged 100 pounds by our rental car complany for a clean air fine for when we visited Bristol on 1 June.
I paid the money on this website, thinking that it was all sorted :-(
Something should be done to take this website down.

My son said his car needed to pay £14 to drive in Bristol . I checked and seen he didn’t so I put in a few registrations and it even said an electric smart car had to pay £14 so do not use this company scam alert

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, CHECK WITH GOV.UK. I would give zero stars if possible. Am so annoyed with myself for using this site, but you live and learn. I contacted the site directly to say that I wanted a refund of my 2 days charges, £28, which they agreed to do, and then refund came through at £22 with the missing £6 being their 'admin costs'. What an absolute joke.

Scammers. I knew my car was exempt but on a nose around this website it still shows I have to pay. Don’t fall for them.

Do NOT touch this company. It is not legitimate. I wonder they are still in operation. Like others I feel a fool for booking through them, and like others I have reported them to my bank as fraud. I don't know what else to do to put this company out of business except to write here...DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Scam site and not the official clean air zone site. I was told by my elderly father he had paid £14 clean air zone charge after he checked online. I knew his car was exemot so It checked the site and it was fraudulent. I have no idea why the police haven't closed these sites down and charged people with fraud.

These liars cannot be contacted so will get Barclays Fraud involved now.

Also caught out in this scam. Their website appeared at the top of the google search, now it doesn't! The website now doesn't seem to exist so no way of contacting them. Trying to dispute through my back. Absolute cretins

Paid for 4 vehicles, only to find out that none of them were actually paid for. £56. Not impressed that this can be at the top of Google.

Paid this company £14 to enter Bristol . It was the first hit on Google.
I have now just received a PCN Ulez charge from Bristol City Council and am currently trying to appeal.

Complete con. Check official government clean air website. This wanted to charge me £14. My car is exempt from all clean air zones. I rang 0300 0298888 the official government number to be advised this is not a legitimate charge.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It’s an absolute scam. My son used them twice to pay the Birmingham clean air zone charges, believing the payments were going direct to the council. He was charged £14 each time, instead of the official £8 charge. And then he also subsequently received Penalty Notice Charges from the Council as the charges had not been paid!!! They need to be reported for fraud!
