This 'business' is a scam. They can appear high up in a Google search results. They claim to check whether your vehicle will need to pay a charge - don't believe them.

Use the UK government's website for "clean air zones" to check your vehicle.

SCAM - I have reported this to police.
Shame why Google ads keeping this page and not blocking it.

same as others did a search to pay, so did and then saw I didn't need to on government site, a complete scam and Google should block it. Reported.

Scam. Charges fee to process clean air zone payment, but doesn't make that clear during payment.

This is a scam as it states that they check if you need to pay or not, however having been told I need to pay £12.50 I decided to double check another site and found the gov.uk site where you can check your car, and they confirmed that my car is not subject to any payment, it is really bad on Googles part too as they offer this site as the first result instead of the government website to check whether any payment is even required.

SCAM - check your vehicle on the government website beforehand. This website claims it checks if you need to pay or not, it doesn't, it just charges everyone as my car is actually exempt.

This is a complete scam. It looks legitimate as it’s the first site that comes up on Google. It gives you no indication that you should check your registration before making payment as many cars don’t need to pay the charge. It also doesn’t make it clear that the £12:50 charge includes as £4.50 admin fee to them!
Birmingham don’t help the issue as their signage purely says go online to pay- it gives no clarity as to where to go

This is a total scam. Its the first site that comes up and when entering your details informs you of a charge for £12.50. However when you check on the government website it says no charge is applicable. Absolute scam avoid!!!! I haven't heard anything back.

Rushed to pay it and charged 12.50 absolutely fuming rip off merchants be making lots of money out of innocent people

Give them your personal details and bank details and your money and this has nothing to do with Birmingham council or the clean air zone so you get a fine a week later.

Just went to pay for a charge in Birmingham, they want £37. Checked on government site, and no charge is payable.

This is a scam - comes up as an advert at the top of a google search and leads you to think it's the official government site if you do not look closer. The service charges you a fee if you do use it which you would NOT be charged if you used the official government site.
I rushed into paying the clean air zone charge on this site because we accidently drove through one. As soon as I paid and got the receipt I realised that it was not for the area I was travelling in and emailed the company immediately and heard nothing back from them. I emailed again and had a terrible email back saying there was nothing they could do about it and tough luck. I know that they will not have been charged from Birmingham city council as my car never entered the area. It's just a complete waste of time, they offer you no extra service for the fee that you can't just do yourself using the official government service. It certainly shouldn't come up on google as the first link address!
