Very professional company, friendly staff and reasonable price!
I had a pile of DIY waste that was growing and a load of plasterboard offcuts that was just too much to take to the tip, and a skip seemed overkill. Mark and Tyler (hope the names are right) managed to clear the lot in less than half an hour and left it nice and tidy after! I only booked 2 days previously so great turnaround. Very professional company, friendly staff and reasonable price!

Fast time around - great service
Thank you for responding with a quick turn-around of 24hrs to a request to remove furniture for my mum in Harrogate when she had a sudden delivery window for her new sofa open up. You took an old 3 seater sofa, 2 chairs (one electric) and a footstool. The collection team wore boot protectors and were in and out in a flash - no time to stop for a brew when offered!

Highly recommended removal service
Clearance & Clean Up were sensitive to my bereavement and professional dealing with clearing my father's property. It is a sad time when a close relative passes and you have to clear their property, but the company was compassionate to my loss.
I dealt with Angela over the phone to list the items that needed removal. She was kind, professional and efficient.
The two collection drivers, Jordon, and Darren, were of the same ilk. Sensitive to my loss, but very professional. They double-checked everything before moving anything, chatted as they worked, and were speedy and efficient.
I can't thank this company enough for its service. It is a paid for service of course, but they do it well, and in the case of bereavement, they do it with sensitivity.
I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys!

Well worth it for the stress relief.
I had a large and very heavy 3 seater sofa which I needed to dispose of. Had been worrying how to do it especially as I couldn’t lift it including getting it of the house and away. Found Clearance & Clean up through Google. Checked reviews and booked. Messed that up but spoke to them - sorted straight off. They came yesterday. They were brilliant. I had Shaun & Ben and when I use them again would love it to be them. Took them all of 10 minutes if that. They were mindful of my house - no scratches or damage. Straight out of door and away. Brilliant. Well worth the cost which I didn’t think was bad. Very happy to recommend and will certainly be using them again.

rude extortionists
2 men arrived to collect soil and garden waste
they then cherry picked the bags and loaded 6-7 of the lightest
I had agreed 300 kg of waste to be removed
that is at least 15 , 20 kg bags, but more likely 20 bags as many were far less than 20kg.
they had no scales
they said they could only take 12 bags - far far less than the agreed weight.
I declined and asked then to offload the bags.
they refused ` we cant offload bags` really???!!!
so I had to do it. dangerous work.
I was repeatedly told to `shut up` when I asked for their scales and to off load 6 light bags.
extortion, basically. without scales, they wanted to charge me alot more, holding my waste as hostage.
fortunately I know ALOT about waste and disposal.
they target items they dispose of for free at recycling centres and drag their heels over heavier waste they get charged for, fact.
most people dont know that.
the supervisor called, she referred to me as sweetheart and told me she could tell the weight of a bag via a photo ( if I sent it to her) yes really!!!!!
when I objected to her logic, she put then phone down
terrible service.
you can order a 4 yard skip for 320£ and it can hold 3-4000 kg of waste!!!!!!, not a tiny 300kg load
again, most people dont know this.

Following a full review, it was identified that the service was booked incorrectly, which meant the collection could not be completed as planned. Our customer service team attempted to clarify and resolve the situation; however, a workable resolution could not be reached.
We issued a full 100% refund.
We regret that this experience could not be resolved despite our best efforts and remain committed to providing a respectful and transparent service to all customers.

What professionals
What professionals! 2 great guys arrived this morning to take 2 large sofas. Talk about making light work of the job. They took photos on arrival and leaving, after donning shoe covers, got the sofas out in record time. They were pleasant, professional and respectful of our property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, their order process, Angela who we contacted and those two great guys.

First class service
I needed to arrange for my mum to dispose of an old three piece suite and the council couldn’t collect for several weeks so I tried these guys. The online booking process was clear and simple and I arranged collection within a couple of days. Two very friendly guys, Nicky and Stuart, turned up in the allotted time slot and made short work of loading the furniture into their van before folding up the dirty wet cover for me, that we had used to prevent the furniture from getting soaked in the overnight rain.
