Wondered why I wasn’t getting the best of my GHD straightener. Hmmm seems it’s about 15 years old. My hairdresser suggested I buy a Cloud Nine. “They’re really good. We all use them in the salon”. So I bought one and WOW! I’d been killing my hair having to make several passes through my hair with the old straightener. With the Cloud Nine, one pass through and it’s perfect. You’ve saved my hair and my time. I really love it. Now I want the hairdryer with the curl attachment too.

5 stars for Customer Service
5 stars for Customer Service but am giving 4 stars after the Straightener stopped heating up just over 12 months after it was purchased. Not sure what the problem with it was but after contacting Cloud Nine Support I cannot fault the level of customer service received following my enquiry. I purchased the original Straightener from the Cloud Nine website so had a 3-year warranty which was automatically registered by Cloud Nine so did not have to worry about registering the warranty. Faulty product was returned with Cloud Nine covering the postage. The turn around time of sending off the faulty product and receiving a brand new straightener was exactly one week. Could not be more impressed with the high level of customer service experienced from the Cloud Nine Support team. I am also aware of several hairdressers who use Cloud Nine straighteners and have had no issues with the product over 5 years of constant daily usage, so I am fairly confident I unfortunately just received a one-off Straightener that had something go wrong with it. Would definitely buy from Cloud Nine again.

Didn't come with case
Quite disappointed after paying a fair few hundred dollars and only received a kind of cloth with ribbon ties and not an actual zip up case.

nice but grabs my hair and will not fully straighten unless correct technique
yes good but it sometimes when i pass the straightener through my hair it lile bunches up and it doesnt straighten properly. it also does not stop friction in my hair and my hair strands sometimes snap with the straightener.

First , I know the brand :CLOUD NINE for more than 10years as i was with my team in Double Bay with" FRANCK PROVOST " , the first to use and developed CLOUDE NINE AUSTRALIA .
Thats why I came back to you !
But unfortunately, im not convinced with the hair dryer I bought ! Great look and weight but not strong enough and the commands buttons on the side are a bit in the way !!
I have to get use to it also maybe ...

I’ve been trying to change my order for…
I’ve been trying to change my order for a while now since Saturday and your company needs to be more prompt with email responses. I placed my order on a Saturday and within 30 minutes I attempted to cancel it. Unfortunately, the communication was disappointing as it only managed to contact bots and didn’t resolve the issue. The order arrived quickly but I had to pay extra for the return item because I ordered the wrong one. If customer services had responded sooner to resolve the problem I would have been much happier customer. I tried to reach out in the early Monday but wasn’t successful. There should be an option to cancel or amend your order would prevent similar issues in the future. I would have given it five stars but I had to pay extra for an item on return that could have been easily avoided on the day of the order by correcting the incorrect item I accidentally bought.

Best hair straightener I've ever used!
It arrived quickly & is the best hair straightener I've ever used. Leaves my hair shiny & the heatproof case that comes with it is a plus. The Revive setting works really well.
