Hair straightener sparked and stopped working a year after the warranty period ended which isn't good enough for a 'premium product'
Customer service weren't very helpful and dismissive of my concerns. It took me three emails for them to take the issue seriously when it should've only taken one.

I bought a straightener from Cloud Nine 2 years ago on the reputation of their product. The price I paid was above what I normally would pay for a straightener but believed I was getting a good quality product, and it was!…. until a glitch in its heating 2 years down the track.
Contacting and dealing with the service department was easy and non threatening. Expecting a repair when I returned the item (no cost to me) I received a replacement with no hassles!
I am so happy and couldn’t recommend Cloud Nine highly enough for their service.

Hot Air Brush = Happy Customer
I’m very happy with the Hot Air Brush. My hair is shoulder length and very thick, yet it gives my hair great lift and bounce with ease! The cord swivels 360° from the base of the Hot Air Brush so there’s no getting a twisted cord during use. It’s also very light weight so no arm aches!

Great Hairdryer, Volumizers Need Refining
I’ve been really impressed with the Airshot Pro itself. It’s lightweight, powerful and comfortable to use, which is a huge plus, particularly when using a hairdryer regularly.
My only frustration with the dryer is the placement of the buttons. I find my fingers naturally sit over them while I’m using it, so I’m constantly accidentally changing the setting or switching it off. A different button position would make a big difference to the overall usability.
As for the Volumizer attachments, the jury is still out for me. I love the concept, but I’m not quite getting the result I’d hoped for. The curl doesn’t seem to hold in the same way it does when created with a flat iron, but at the same time the curl is a little too tight to give that big, round, bouncy blow-wave finish I’m looking for. I’d love to see a larger Volumizer attachment that creates more of a big, soft blowout curl.
I also find it difficult to get enough heat and airflow right into the roots with the Volumizer attached, so I’m not getting as much root lift as I’d like.
Overall, I really like the Airshot Pro as a hairdryer — lightweight, powerful and easy to work with — but I think the Volumizers could use a little refining to really deliver that big, bouncy blow-wave result.

Overrated
The curling attachments don’t fit in the box but the dryer itself has limited heat. My old 10yr old dryer dries my hair quicker. I’m not seeing a difference with volume, the curls are average. Wish I didn’t spend $500 on this product. Not worth it

The best hair dryer on the market …
I just bought the dryer with the curling rod attachments, it is brilliant! Cheaper than the Dyson and better. I also love how the hair drying nozzles are magnetic, so much easier to change and take off! Again, a flawless product that works brilliantly!

The mini straightener was all I needed for my hairstyle!
Well I had looked at a couple of straighteners at a shop before making my decision. Even though I could’ve purchased the original classic with other items thrown in, I realised the mini was all I needed for my hairstyle, which wasn’t even offered to me at the shop. The the ordering of product was easy as and the delivery was quicker than I anticipated. It’s so easy and lightweight to use. Might even take it on holidays too!

Didn’t get August free gift despite ordering in August
The next day after I ordered they had a free hot brush gift with August orders. I wouldn’t have ordered mine that day, I wrote to customer service and was told there was nothing they could do.
Edit I asked for a return mail slip and was told it’s at my expense to return and then buy the product again even though I bought the product in August and the promotion is for August and wasn’t available when I made my purchase.
