Absolutely love the straightener…
Absolutely love the straightener especially the quick heat up and the 30second safety switch off.
The hair dryer is nice, easy to use. The only hicup I've had is the placement of the switches on the handle. I have to be careful not to accidently press them when in use.

Very happy with my purchase
Very happy with my purchase! The Cloud Nine straightener itself is absolutely beautiful — smooth, seamless and works amazingly. I’m really happy with the quality and results!
The only thing I found a little tricky was the instructions for the extended warranty process, which could definitely be made a little clearer and easier to follow.
I was also slightly disappointed to see that the following week a better combo deal was released, including a free hot air brush, rather than the standard paddle brush that came with my purchase. I would have much preferred the hot air brush!
Overall though, I’m extremely happy with the straightener and would definitely recommend it. ❤️

Good communication between sales team…
Good communication between sales team and myself very fast with deliveries and my hair & I just love the dryer, dry's quick.
The straightener leaves your as straight as it should unlike other straightener's I've had you pay for what you get value for money.
The rods I'm yet to try, I'm sure they will be great as they are cloud nine. I wont buy anything else.

My experience with cloud nine has been…
My experience with cloud nine has been very poor. I purchased an item on 16th August and still don’t have it. Auspost brought it to my door on the 19th August (I was out) and then took it to an unnamed sorting centre. I reached out to cloud nine to help (email only - no other way to contact) and they told me they would look into it and provide me with updates. No update was given and instead they emailed me a few days later saying they were going to close the case. In the intervening time I spent hours on the phone with Auspost discovering that my item is in lost and found and can take up to 5 weeks to get to me! Cloud nine have $400 of my money and I have no item and they still have not contacted me with anything useful. I work in retail myself and this is a far cry from the service my company offers its customers.

Hair straightener sparked and stopped working a year after the warranty period ended which isn't good enough for a 'premium product'
Customer service weren't very helpful and dismissive of my concerns. It took me three emails for them to take the issue seriously when it should've only taken one.

I bought a straightener from Cloud Nine 2 years ago on the reputation of their product. The price I paid was above what I normally would pay for a straightener but believed I was getting a good quality product, and it was!…. until a glitch in its heating 2 years down the track.
Contacting and dealing with the service department was easy and non threatening. Expecting a repair when I returned the item (no cost to me) I received a replacement with no hassles!
I am so happy and couldn’t recommend Cloud Nine highly enough for their service.
