The fact that I’d had my first claim…
The fa t that I’d had my first claim where it was my fault and my policy went up $900 pa. I’ve been driving for 43 years with an excellent history.
Felt it’s just a money grab on honest people.

Club 4x4 before NRMA
The person I was speaking with was knowledgeable about the options for the policy and explained them well.
The process from start to finish was timely & easy. I got a quote initially from Club 4x4 because the process to cover my vehicle through NRMA was a nightmare. In the end I wrote NRMA off (mind you I have been with NRMA for around 38 years), but they have become more and more difficult to work with the price for the policy through Club 4x4 was cheaper than NRMA even though I had a 10% & 15 % discount supposedly from the NRMA.

Website Shows incorrect Vehicle
I went online and found the website has the wrong vehicle listed, but its correct on my original policy document.

In some instances, a particular vehicle model may not be available in our system at the time a policy is set up. In these circumstances, an alternative vehicle of a similar base value may be used to generate the premium. This is why an alternative vehicle may appear on the Customer Portal.
As you noted in your review, the correct vehicle is shown on all policy documentation and in our internal system. We can confirm that this has no impact on your cover with us.
As our Customer Portal is a relatively new feature, there are currently some system limitations, and we are continually working to resolve known issues and improve the Portal experience for our customers.
We apologise for any confusion or inconvenience caused by this system issue. Your feedback has been raised with the relevant team for review.
