I was unable to amend the sum insured from the quote emailed to me online.
I phoned and waited around 10 minutes and the process to amend the amount was done by the consultant easily.
After agreeing with the terms, conditions and options I had selected and making payment, confirmation of payment and new policy details were promptly received via email.

The guy I spoke to was knowledgeable , polite , friendly and helpful. He got my querie sorted out quickly . You guys are an awesome insurance company. So much easier and affordable compared to another big insurance company I have had my beloved 79 series landcruiser insured with for many years. Can’t comment about the claims side of things as ( touch wood ) I haven’t needed to go there . Keep up the good service. 👍
