I had a mixed reaction
I had a mixed reaction, when I previously spoke with a service person renewing my car insurance, she was adamant that I was not able to have manual renewal, she was very certain and abrupt that auto renewal was the only way I could take out insurance. On this occasion when speaking with Blake it was an absolute pleasure. Blake provided me with caravan insurance on manual renewal and also changed my car insurance to be manual renewal. I’m not sure why this lady on my first contact when renewing my car insurance had such a bad attitude. I would have thought, that if she had been servicing customers for as long as she wanted me to believe, then perhaps she should now move away from contact with customers all together.
