Getting my LTD set up for providing a pension to my employees was daunting but Collegia and their staff have made it a much less daunting process. From helpful advice to spending 20 minutes on a video call going through all the tiniest details. they really went above and beyond.

The website isn't easy to use
The website isn't easy to use, and if you want to opt out of the pension scheme, it is made extremely hard as the UI is unclear, the font is small. There's too many steps to opt out, it isn't made easy.
On the online chat I used, Riccardo was helpful as he helped show me what I needed to click on in order to opt out. Without him I would of never found it.

So far so good!
