Took too long to arrive

I wonder why we still don't haven't ours bath ,and now I need to review company . We are stok with progress with jobs because we still waiting for delivery.

Order placed online but not able to get delivery delayed so immediately phoned customer service, explained - no problem, they would arrange delay. Carrier phoned to confirm imminent delivery a few days later - not aware of delay but they would hold item. A week later carrier phoned from near delivery address. I explained again.

Good price. The delivery service used was okay, but could have been better as the box and pallet was covered in bird droppings! So unsure who takes responsibility for that.

Box that toilet was in was water damaged and therefore water had got through to the toilet, luckily not damaged. Trying to return something else which ordered by mistake and didn’t get a response so wrote my first review. I did then get a call from the company and they informed me emails had bounced back and sent me the return details to another email address. It’s a shame they waited until after the review to call

I am so happy with my 2 WC. Its perfect fitted on both toilets room. Its a 5 star my review, becouse I know what I want, what I paid and what expected. For this reasonable price this is best value of quality and using.

Would have given 5 stars but the fact this was a kerbside drop on a pallet really surprised me as I am a pensioner and had to try and get the toilet into the house on my own. I was not aware the delivery would be like this. I finally managed to get it in my house but with great difficulty.
The actual toilet looks really good but I am still waiting on it being installed for me.
