After chasing them up refund is issued and all sorted.
Ordered an item online, came in all damaged. No one responding to emails or phone calls.

Well priced item ..ex Bathstore but it's a Rak branded product in it's original packaging so good quality. Quick dispatch and delivery. No problems at all

Miss sold items never arrived and over charged for what they did send!!

I cant believe Manomano lets them continue to trade on their site im trying to get them removed.

After searching everywhere for a flush plate to replace the one that stuck out too far from the surface that came with our cistern, we were very pleased to find this one. It works well, is slim line, and is nice to look at.
The supplier communicated well about the purchase and delivery and the product arrived at the expected time.

Website is easy to navigate, ordering is straightforward, and delivery as promised by a friendly driver.

This is the worst company for your baths! Please avoid! I’ve purchased my whirlpool spa bath from this company! The bath came out totally faulty firstly there was a missing pipe to fire up the jets and then a faulty light which doesn’t even function in whirlpool. They advised i fit the bath correctly and then i got professional a electrician to install the bath and he advised there is a part missing to work the light in the whirlpool. I got this bath checked by another professional electrician and they advised the same! This company fobbed me off on many occasions after 60 emails where sent back and forward! Now i have a faulty bath installed a my home due to this company as they do not test their products when they send them out! Please i advise avoid this company and their products don’t spend your money here!

I had absolute hell with a plumber
for two days.
Eventually he had to drain my tank.
He removed my old tap, then replaced it with my new one from "comparethebathroom.com."

It looked brilliant.
Sadly, there was no pressure,
the plumber suggested it was the tap.

I contacted,"comparethebathroom.com," and queried, could there be a faulty valve inside the tap ?

Without any hesitation or negativity l was offered a replacement immediately.
Service like that is a rarity, especially on eBay.

The tap came the following day,
absolutely perfect.
10/10 for Service & a no quibble replacement.

Shocking company. We bought a spa Bath that we noticed once fitted had internal faults on every jet. This could not be checked on inspection and a number of tradespeople told us could only have been manufacturing issue, No certificate to say it was signed off as inspected and were told to rely on word of manager on the factory. Failed to respond for at least a week initially and no refund or replacement offered. We had to pay to take out the bath and re-tile and replace with new bath. Would never use again and warned family and friends not to buy from there. The prices were great but in our case buy cheap, literally buy twice.

ordered a new Rak 600 Toilet seat , it arrived quicker than was expected thanks to this company using Dpd and the bonus was the price, which was a lot less than some other well known company's on the web.
