Their due diligence checklists (they have separate frameworks depending on whether you're vetting a startup, an SME, or a large organization) gave me a structured way to think through risk before committing to an engagement, something I hadn't seen laid out this clearly anywhere else. Their pricing guidance was equally concrete: an actual formula for setting a day rate, not just vague "know your worth" advice.

My mentors and account/placement teams have been genuinely helpful in thinking through positioning and connecting me to relevant opportunities, the kind of personalized support that's hard to find in a space that's otherwise pretty fragmented and DIY.

Been unable to contact them to cancel my membership (which wasn’t sold as a membership initially) due to my circumstances changing. The link to “Talk to our team” on the “no reply” email doesn’t work. Nor does the email explain they will be taking a payment or how much it will be. There are no contact details on their webpage and LinkedIn has no employees listed. They have since taken thousands of pounds in fees from my account as an “auto renewal”. UPDATE: Someone has replied this morning, with a fairly passive aggressive email, offering me a link to speak to the team about "Renewal", first appointment 21 September. Meanwhile they have my money for a service I cannot use.

I am very happy with Connect and the help I have received from Faun in finding the right advisors for my business. Connectd is a unique community: start-ups and entrepreneurs looking for advice and investment, alongside experienced people looking for opportunities to support new businesses. As a manager who spent 46 years "hands-on" in the Semiconductor industry, learning the role of a Board Advisor or Non-Executive Director was a major transition. Found my adviser quickly and he's really helped shape my brands messaging!

They sent me three inappropriate people as possibilities, one of whom was still actually in college per the person's own CV and LInkedIN profile which Connectd denied to me twice. Regardless I had more actual work experience than who they offered. I asked to be removed from their mailing list and then confirmed I was in writing. Yet I am still getting emails offering me money to refer to them which feels like a scam considering I never successfully used them. I would be leery of the positive reviews here and anyone sending you a link to this company when they are being paid to do the latter and might never have actually used them or had a good experience with them.

Absolutely terrible company. Selling NED course calling regularly pushing the Sale. Then no after sale service only contacting via emails with unclear subjects no follow. They are looking for NED's as a highly experienced professional having worked for some of the most internationally know brands I wouldn't even entertain anything from them I have found repeated reports about this company in their NED services space. I requested a refund with very justified reasons and they refused. I will now share my experience with all of my previous and future clients. Their ethic are unethical.

I was no showed. Definitely scammy vibes.

Edit: The individual I was supposed to meet with reached out with a half a**** apology that they were traveling. I get things happen, but to not reach out and let me know is unbelievably disrespectful.

I would NEVER do business with an organization that operates like this.
