Had an issue today with a contractor damaging the fibre cable and a consequent loss of connection. Disaster as I work from home. Spoke to Matt at Customer Services who arranged a service engineer for this afternoon. 2 engineers duly arrived and voila it was fixed and all was well. Matt was extremely helpful getting this organised and deserves some recognition. Thank you.

Vid, Callum and Mitch set up the sale then installation in our house in the most professional manner. The result is excellent now on 346 Mbps download speed. I went to connect fibre because they have there own fibre line it took 2 weeks to connect with them.I very pleased with them the staff was very good .Ihad no problems.I would recommend connect fibre to anybody.

A big thank you to Owen and Nelson who installed our fibre earlier today. Both turned up just ahead of appointment time, were polite and did a cracking job. Nelson did the cut and draw outside from the pole and Owen did the install into the property and set the router up inside. He accommodated the position for the modem and did a very clean install. All tidied up with no evidence that he'd been there ! (apart from the neat modem installation and router blinking away !)
Owen finished up by siting the mesh nodes and doing a speed test. We even managed to get a decent speed at the top end of the garden!

I have received brilliant customer service from Connect Fibre. I reported online that my internet was down and there were no lights on my ONT box. This was quite late on a Friday afternoon. Faye from Support called me very promptly the same afternoon and checked a few things with me before putting it through to the installations team to arrange for an engineer to visit. Faye then was very helpful and kept me posted about what was happening throughout. Cam, the engineer, arrived early Monday morning and replaced the ONT box without any hassle and stayed to make sure everything was working and I could log into the router app on my phone etc. Overall a very speedy, friendly and efficient response to get my internet back up and running.

I was contacted a while ago by this company to see if I would consider changing suppliers the gentleman's name was Nussrath Ahmed he went through what was available and more importantly what my needs were the thing that struck me most about the call was there was no Pressure to sign up I was just given the facts and on that basis along with a better package than I currently have I agreed.
I had Connect Fibre out today the two engineers that came Kane and Nelson were brilliant there communication and workmanship was great they talked me through the process and consulted me if I was happy with where they were going so fix the cable to the property .

So…after all the promises . Still no internet, I do call the install phone number just to be promised someone is getting to it. I have seen vans about… so they must be trying… but who knows when it will actually happen!
The frustrating thing is… I got lots of sales calls when I wasn’t a customer, but now I am a customer I hear from them much less!!

Just had connect fiber fitted, would highly recommend faster broadband excellent customer service the engineers we're really helpful really friendly excellent value for money. Would highly recommend thank you 😊

Engineer was on time, polite and informative

Newly fitted fibre on Tuesday which was brilliant after copper wire. Then Friday it broke, customer service was fantastic they call you every day to keep you in the loop and Tuesday the lads came and fixed it. Very nice friendly chaps who went above and beyond. Thanks you’re amazing. Best network I’ve ever had dealings with, would highly recommend.

JUST AWESOME! Moved to a new area and came across connect fibre. Not a company I’ve heard of before but liked they allowed 12months contract, unlike most signing you in for 24 months!
Ordered it all online and was given an install date the next day for a weeks time.
Regular updates and confirmation of everything that was happening
The install guys called the day before to advise on a time and I was lucky enough to be first of the day on a Saturday
The two most friendly guys arrived on time and had me set up in 55 mins
I’m so happy with the speeds too!
