Customer service at connect fibre is excellent. Every member of staff I have ever spoken to has been polite and helpful. Nuss called me back multiple times today to support me with changes I need to make to my account and always called when he said he would, something other companies have failed to do just this week for me. Every time we have ever had issues with service connect fibre have got us up and running again quickly. I would highly recommend them.

After 49 yrs I decided to change provider!
I'd been with my previous provider for 49 years so it was a big thing to change to Connect Fibre...it was a great and easy transfer, excellent communication. Transfer took place keeping our existing phone number...it was seamless. Delightful helpful engineer and you ring up customer service and you actually speak to a human! None of this pressing umpteen numbers and getting frustrated. Plus we got £100 back as did my son! We all need more Fibre lol..Go for Connect Fibre!

Great service and customer experience
Great service and customer experience. They had difficulty at first locating the service duct yo my property which is rural but they persevered until it was sorted. The engineering team and installation team were great. Service installation was completed and we are up and running

The Connect Fibre Product is simply THE BEST
The Connect Fibre team arrived promptly and in less than half the time allocated, all the work was done. My Broad Band connection was very fast from the outset getting 275Mbit/s download from the server in Grimsby, using a longish Cat 5E cable connection from my Laptop PC to the Connect Fibre Hub. My TV and smart phones all simply hum along using a combination of wi-fi and TP Link 'Powerline' connections via adjacent 240 volt ac mains supply wall sockets. It is all VERY impressive and excellent value for money as projected future costs are well controlled. Thank You Connect Fibre- you are brilliant. Additionally, migration of my home 'landline' phone and associated number was handled very efficiently and within a few days was all up and running via the digital interface to give me an excellent VoIP digital connection with no more crackly line problems.

Great Customer Service
I recently showed interest in changing to Connect Fibre as they were new in my area. I am not very 'tech savy' so was delighted when I got to speak with Paul who explained everything in lay man terms for me and ensured me that I had nothing to worry about.
