Contract Divan Beds Avis 

This is my second order, and everything went very smoothly like the first time. The delivery guys carried mattresses up to the 3rd floor. Great communication on delivery stages.

The Ottoman that I required, that seemed to be a problem with other suppliers, was no problem with yourselves and was supplied at a good price and delivered. Well done!

Excellent service from start to finish.

Firstly, a thank you to the delivery operatives Balkar and Satnam who were professional and friendly. Wish I had something to tip them with but who carries cash these days. They were efficient and made the delivery process a very positive one.

1. High quality, robust divan bed bases with plenty of fabric options and colours. Also different storage options. I like their website as it's very easy to use, straightforward and not overly complicated. I prefer companies who have clear websites over ones with lots of videos and graphics and moving things all over the place.

2. Very affordable, plus additional discounts if you use one of their discount codes or sign up to the email newsletter.

3. Fast delivery by lovely Balkar and Satnam. Both lovely guys and made sure the bed was carried safely to my front door. I didn't need the bed taken inside or setup but you can opt for that service if you want it.

4. I ordered a double divan base without storage and a matching headboard. They arrived really quickly and the tracking service from their courier company is EXCELLENT. You get a message asking you to confirm if the delivery day will be suitable for you, then you get detailed tracking of how long it will be before the delivery drivers arrive.

5. I love my new divan bed. I decided on a contract bed as I want it to last long and be sturdy as I'm a bit overweight. The colour "blue naples" is beautiful and the fabric is so soft and comfy to rest your head on if you also get a headboard.

6. Assembly is very easy. Not complicated at all. FAR EASIER than a metal or wooden bed frame. And the double bed base is in two parts meaning its very easy to carry upstairs and move around. They're not heavy and I could move them around with no assistance. The assembly process took me about 10 minutes. You could probably do it in less than 5. There are lots of videos online of how to assemble a divan bed base if you've never done it before - trust me, it's easier than the most basic metal or wood bed frame.

TOP TIP: Most homes have a skirting board in the bedroom. Any bed, whether that's a metal/wood frame bed or a divan bed, will end up with the headboard hovering a few centimetres from the wall as a result. This means that peoples headboards can move or knock the wall as you use the bed. You can buy little foam blocks that have adhesive on one side. You place them between the headboard and the wall to prevent the headboard tapping the wall as you move around in bed. I highly recommend these for ANY bed at all.

SADLY I COULDN'T GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR, THE WOST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. POOR COMUNICATION, POOR SERVICE, DISHONEST DEALS, THE SALES TEAM WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WASH THEIR HANDS WITH YOU.
IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE TO RAISE, BE PREPARED FOR NO ONE TO SPEAK WITH YOU, YOU WILL HAVE TO EMAIL THEM AND WAIT OVER A MONTH FOR A GENERIC RESPONSE THAT DOESN'T EVEN RESOLVE YOUR COMPLAIN.

UPDATE- you can't do a negotiation of an extra bed disposal free of charge just to close the sale and then go back on your deal and be dishonest!!! Still being dishonest!!!

The bed is dirty, smells , not made properly. Stains on the base , marked on the velvet because there isn’t any padding around the bed. The velvet is just sitting on the wood. This bed is actually laughable on the bad condition. Even the wood hasn’t been sanded down perfectly.
I rang 8 times yesterday from the number that is on the company emails and no one answered.
This needs to be reported on to the highest level.
I am totally in shock. The bed is in my garden waiting to be picked up.

Staff very helpful as always, continue to use this company as very good quality beds and value for money

Note that they take 50% + delivery on returns. They are completely inflexible about this even if the bed has never been out of its wrappers and did not get into the bedroom. In fact the bed was taken back at once by the same delivery van and men. The whole transaction took 1/2 an hour. Their communication is awful in that I was never able to speak to a person. Delivery was awful. I was waiting the first time and received a call to say there had been an accident and they couldn't come. A morning wasted. The second delivery did not happen because I did not receive a phone call. Third attempt was made but as soon as they got to the door they said the mattress wouldn't go in. I told them to try harder. They did and it did go in. Then they couldn't get the base into the bedroom so the whole thing - still in its cellophane - was returned there and then. The cost to me: £1066.98 and they refunded me £420.99. They refuse to compromise in any way.

I am very satisfied will recommend and buy again.

Very nice well made bed base I went for the sprung top version but maybe should not have bothered as the springs are small and I can’t see or feel them being effective. But other than that we are happy with our purchase. Contract Divan Beds delivery service was very good, on time with nice delivery men.

Ordered the zip link essentials contract 1000 pocket sprung super king ottoman. Build quality is good and the mattresses are also good. Better than you might expect for the price and very comfortable with good support. Delivery was fairly prompt. Paid for assesmbly which the drivers did no problems.

No customer service contactability. I have an issue with my order. Emails ignored and the phone does not get answered.

Eventually answered via email, as they stated phone calls are no longer an option.

If I want to cancel I must pay 50% of cost as the production has already started (over the weekend) 😂

Not a company I would recommend.

Everything arrived in one delivery and the order was correct and nice quality. Just one star less due to some damage to a bed base (not visible when mattress is on) and, when they called to book the delivery in I did say no one would be here from 5pm as it's an office. They said they'd be here at 4pm but it was 5.30pm. My dog was seriously unwell and during a time of great stress they were calling to ask where we were so i had to come back to work.

Very comfy mattress

I needed a waterproof mattress and saw this company online. The price was competitive and the service was good. The mattress was delivered in timely manner and the quality is very good. I would recommend this company.
