Coolersomm Avis 

I’ve been searching for a quality wine cooler for a number of months. Eventually decided on one from CoolerSomm who have provided a great service and quality product.
Great communication throughout.

The winecooler we wanted wasn't available at local supplier (in DK / within EU), but Coolersomm (UK) committed to deliver from a local supplier, i.e. within EU - and we bought it from them. In the meantime we got a very good offer from a dealer in DK, so we cancelled the Coolersomm order. The cancel of order and refund of the payment was expedited fast and smoothly. All our calls and requests were answered and accommodated in a proper manner (by Sarah).

The fridge was exactly as the photos depicted the installation was an unexpected service. It was carried out very professionally.
Note for those bordeaux lovers the fridge prefers those bottles..it must be a French thing. !

The process of ordering and arranging delivery was simple and very professional. The actual delivery went seamlessly and the delivery team were excellent and very flexible.

Chose this company because they offered European-made wine fridges at reasonable prices, rather than slightly cheaper Chinese-made products. Placed order on Friday afternoon, was contacted on Monday morning with a suggested delivery the following day. I had a phone call accurately advising arrival time and the 2-man crew were helpful. Excellent service! ( And if you are wondering what I have against Chinese goods just think about the country's policy on Tibet, Taiwan, Ukraine, Uyghur Moslems and South China Sea)

The entire experience was nice--Sarah helped me select an appropriate wine fridge, Lucie arranged for a smooth delivery, and the delivery guys (forgot their names) efficiently delivered my wine fridge and set it up for me. Sarah also emailed me to let me know exactly when to expect the delivery, and
Lucie then checked in with me later to see how the delivery went and whether the fridge was working well for me. No complaints, and I'd definitely go there again if I need a wine fridge (i.e., once I fill this one up and need space for more wine)...

From ordering through to delivery the service was excellent. In particular the guys delivering did so very quickly and tidily. Product also top notch (and now happily storing wine...).

I'm really pleased with my recent purchase for Coolersomm. The ordering process was super straightforward and I was contacted soon after to check my preferred delivery date. The delivery went very smoothly, I was received regular updates on the status of my delivery, which was really helpful. The wine fridge makes a great addition to our kitchen.

Great value for money, prompt delivery and good communication

Bought a new wine cabinet last week and i thought prices were excellent. it was also delivered next day.
Excellent service with a follow up email to check i am happy.

Very competitive pricing on the product I wanted, was able to deliver within a few days of ordering and followed up a week or so later to check I was happy with everything. Top marks all round

Experience was great and well organised

Very poor customer services. We purchased a wine fridge which came with no instructions and have had a problem with a large volume of water collecting at the back of the fridge. I called to express concern and was told I could not speak to customer services. I was given an email address that bounced back. Not too impressive for such expensive kit

Subsequent to posting this I received a call and was told it’s normal for the tray to fill with water and to call again if it was overflowing. I did not mistype the email address as suggested but got through by using info@. Once I posted on Trust Pilot I got a quick response for which I was grateful. Here’s hoping the tray does not overflow in which case I was asked to make contact again. In view of the response perhaps one star was harsh and it should be three or four. No response to my complaint that the machine arrived without instructions and the material on the internet is pretty useless. It could have explained about the tray for example if this is normal. Also the machine is pretty noisy and seems to spend a long time running.

This company are fabulous.
I initially ordered from a large company purely because I’d heard of them before .. but after cancelling on me twice the day before delivery was due I had a refund and went to Coolersomm after finding them on the internet .
I couldn’t believe my luck . I ordered straight away and my wine fridge was delivered 2 days later .
The customer service was second to none . I was contacted both before and after deliver to ensure all was going to plan . The delivery was on time and the delivery men very pleasant and they unboxed everything and talked me through the set up .
Honestly.. I’m so pleased I went to them . An altogether different experience!!
And my dual zone wine fridge has been the envy of my friends .
I highly recommend this company .

We had a great buying experience. It is easy to communicate with the team. They are very responsive. The removal of our old cellar fridge and the delivery of the new one was easy to plan and was carried out perfectly.
Also we had a slight technical issue and the team put us in touch right away with the product provider. All sorted in less than 24h.
Everyone was very professional and friendly.

Delivered on time and just what I needed
It was quite hard to get a small wine fridge but this fits the bill perfectly
Bit more expensive than some but looks great in the kitchen and extremely quiet when running - well worth the extra cost
Team great and completed a follow up as kitchen was not ready to have fridge installed when delivered to make sure I was happy and it was working correctly
