Wig was smaller then their size chart listed. When asking about return- they only refund 15% which is about the same I would pay to ship back to them so not worth the trouble. No way to rate the item on their website.

On Oct 11th, I found a costume I was interested in. I wrote Costume Center service to see if it was possible to get THAT item by 10/27. I was told that if I paid for rush shipping (which was more than the item) - that yes, I could have the item by 10/27. It is now 10/30 - and they still have not shipped the item.
I've emailed them every few days for the last few weeks asking for an update - and all they could say is working on it - no real information. Bottom line - This company will take your money - promise you delivery and not deliver!!!

I placed an order on a website with a domain similar to costumescenter.com. and they didn't ship. so like everyone else, I left a bad review and emailed customer service asking for a refund.
It wasn't until I received a customer service email from Costumescenter that I realized I had been scammed, I was willing to give them a chance, so I tried to place an order and found that costumescenter's services and products were good.
I think the scammer site copied it and wanted us to discredit it.

costumes centre's website was easy to use, costs were transparent, very quick delivery, the sizing was accurate and the item looked like the pic I bought it from and was good quality fabric and very reasonably priced.

I'm the Real Santa Claus and this is MY suit. I wear them regularly between Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.
I'm ordering my fifth of these to improve my dry-cleaning rotation. Nobody wants to sit on a dirty Santa.

The poor quality is absurd. It literally looks like a little kid glued some snowflakes and cut the collar with kindergarten scissors. The snowflakes fell off as well. They were glued on with just school house type glue. Terrible quality!!! This also arrived 10 days passed the estimated day, therefore missing Christmas all together. You cant get a response from anyone. $40 completely wasted on this garbage.

The reply from the company to this review is a complete lie! If I could post photos of this horribly glued together costume, I would. As far as Im concerned, this is nothing but toilet paper. Also, I already emailed the customer service department numerous times without response. There is not a phone number to call either. Their ridiculous response is just to fool a potential customer.

If I could give no stars I would! I ordered an item a month ago and still have not received tracking. I reached out numerous times and was told “the item is shipped from a different warehouse.” Still have yet to receive the order and waiting for a refund. Do not purchase from this site.

I placed an order on October 7th for a set of dragon wings for my cat. I kept checking the updates with the tracking number I was provided, but it was of no use. The "updates" are so generic: "Package arrives at airport," etc. I finally emailed the company on November 17 to ask for a refund, and I was told they were going to send me a replacement order. They never did send a replacement, but I was reimbursed for the order after I sent a third email on December 6 and posted a negative review here on December 7. While they were able to eventually refund my money, I had to email them several times and in the end, never received my order.

I was afraid to order from this website due to all the bad reviews, but I had a very awesome experience. Support answered my email immediately, my product was shipped out in 2 days, and I received it within a week (Canada). The Women's Santa Costume looked exactly like the picture, and it fit perfectly, plus it was much cheaper on this site in comparison to some of the other sites I looked at before ordering. If your spectacle I would just email support before hand, they were a tone of help.

Buyer beware. Customer service is non-existent at this place. I have sent three responses looking to return an item with no reply. Only reply given was when I overturned the charge on my card. they lied and told my card that they gave me return instructions. Still have.not received them!!! 😡

They are boarder line on the scammer scale. The costume took longer to ship than advertised. THEN, the costume didn't come close to matching what was in the pictures. If quality (even for 1 night) is important to you, don't buy. If time is important, don't buy from them.

My boy loves the hulk costume outfits, the mask and the jumpsuit are great, much better than the cheaper versions we've seen.

After a long wait I received a package from a return center. The toy saxaphone was described as real looking I received a bad plastic toy of a very bad quality a little larger than my hand. Almost impossible to return, they make it tough enough, so that you think it is really not worth.

My 5 years old son doesn't like the superhero costumes in local Walmart. I happen to browse the page of Costumescenter Youtube and placed an order for Iron Man costume. My baby son loves it so mucn after wearing the jumpsuit and mask, and can't wait to ran out showing overall to his friends.

I ordered a Ladybird Girl Costume for my daughter for her 6th birthday and was a good fit! As she likes the Ladybird cartoon very well. The jumpsuit is skinny, but has great details. Definitely exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend.

Costumescenter has both Youtube and FB channels. My son needed a set of character costumes for his school play, and he was so excited when he opened the package. The costume jumpsuit is true to size, and the accessories are good to use.

I bought the jumpsuit for a St. Patrick's day party. I didn't know it would come from China, and it took a little long time arriving Canada. but it does worth it. The size is fit right, the quality is worth the price, it is the costume I have not ever seen in other places.

Here it is - St. Patrick's Day and no delivery of my costume. Wish I had realized it is a company in China.
Certainly will NEVER order anything from them again. Probably it will arrive in time for the 4th of July.
