Great company to work with
Good website - very easy to use and description accurate. Booking was easy to do, and we were kept well informed. Great to be able to ring the office and speak directly to friendly, helpful staff. Very happy with service and will use again.

This is advised immediately following the total rate for your stay when booking online. We aim to make all charges transparent but will look to see if this can be made more prominent.
Excellent standard of properties
We have stayed in Crabtree and Crabtree properties many times over the past few years, as we know that the standard of the properties is always excellent.

Returning customers
We have booked Crabtree & Crabtree properties for several years now. We find the information accurate and the service very efficient. We have also noted that where we have commented about some aspect of a property (there has never been a major complaint) the property information has been amended to reflect those comments.

The Head Gardener's Cottage at Floors…
The Head Gardener's Cottage at Floors Castle was a real dream. Walking into the walled garden in the evenings and morning strolls around the vast grounds of the castle made for a perfect vacation. The house is absolutely perfect - the finest lighting, fabrics, and antiques. Modern fixtures and appliances, lots of electrical plugs. Really perfect comfort.

Easy to book
Easy to book. Only thing that would be great would be the offer to take out cancellation insurance on each holiday for peace of mind to use in case of emergencies.

Whilst this is not something that we offer at this time, we strongly advise in our FAQs and Ts & Cs that guests take out travel insurance which covers you for cancellation. Excellent helpful service
The C&C information on properties is already comprehensive but staff were most helpful in answering specific questions before the actual booking was made online. The administration is excellent - confirmation of deposit and booking, follow-up reminder of when payment balance is due, directions & access arrangements, contact details, etc.
