Booking was a breeze and the details of the property were accurate. Very straight forward website and the layout was easy to follow.

I'd not heard of Crabtree & Crabtree but they proved to be a well-organised and reliable booking agent.

They quickly sorted out some minor problems which we discovered when we arrived.

They communicated well through the booking process and highlighted the fact that there may have been an issue with the patio door but quickly resolved it.

Crabtree and Crabtree have provided a fab holidaying experience. I'd left a message saying "I'm lacto-and-wheat-intolerant so thank you but no thank you" for the hospitality basket - I was there last year so I knew what to expect - and I was touched and delighted that several yummy punnets of delicious local fruits were left out instead. That was a lovely treat - thank you!

The website is easy to navigate and the booking process was easy. I was kept up to date with any changes and the staff were happy to arrange an extra cot for the twins.

We have booked with Crabtree and Crabtree staying in the cottages on the Milne Graden estate in Coldstream for a number of years and always get a fabulous service. They are very responsive to any queries and the booking process is always seamless. The properties are wonderfully presented and the photos are always a true picture of what we will find on arrival. We always have a fabulous holiday.
