The summer house / shed is lovely they ask where we want it. They were very helpful and told us how to look after it.
The guys that installed it were very polite and friendly.

Where does one go for a new shed?
It was easy to talk and/or email with Sam at Cranes and she understood what I needed and it was very uncomplicated to choose a shed and, most importantly, the colour. An on site visit by her - even though it was raining - meant a proper assessment of the location. I am looking forward to the arrival of my new shed!

I think the attention to detail and…
I think the attention to detail and availability of staff from our first (and only) visit to the site at Narford less than two weeks ago to making our first payments and eagerly awaiting a date for our garden study / studio to be erected.
What was particularly helpful was re-imagining the site after a very old and leaky shed had seen its way to the skip, and realising how the building could work so much better. Now we wait for completion!

Quality buildings and service to match
I was really pleased with the quality of the garden buildings on display at the Trentham showrooms. There are a wide range of styles and for every style a multiplicity of options (sizes, colours, extras). Given this it is essential to have guidance and for this we were lucky to have Mike Gritt. He was very patient, producing five or six quotes over a month as we homed in on our final order. He was even good enough to come over and view our rather complicated site to make sure it was suitable. Both the Trentham showroom and our salesman were key to our choosing to purchase a garden office from Crane.
PS. A problem for Crane is their showroom is so difficult to find, hidden behind Trentham Garden Centre, so they are not likely to catch passing visitors to the Centre. Better signage might help?

Brilliant sales personnel
Very good product but your sales personnel were totally helpful. They made it their priority to get the right garden building for me, rather than a sale for the company. Always relevant questions to try and totally understand what I wanted and what would suit me as an individual.

We have just placed our order for a Crane potting shed with Crane@Notcutts in Huntingdon. Anna was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and guided us through the design process with ease - a site visit is planned within the week. Can’t wait for the finished product!

Brilliant Purchasing Experience
Absolutely brilliant purchasing experience, from initial enquiry through to placing an order, the detailed and prompt communication was excellent. This is the third order I have placed with Crane due to moving house and I would have no hesitation in recommending the company and their products. Archie in their Narfod office was great to deal with, and had no problems with producing various quotation scenarios. Whilst Crane is a premium product and price, it comes with premium customer service which is pretty exceptional these days. Looking forward to the delivery of my new shed.
