Excellent Customer experience
Excellent Customer experience from the ordering through to delivery and installation. When a small error was spotted on installation (which I should have picked up on my order tbh) Crane customer services responded brilliantly and arranged a fix at no extra cost. The quality of the Superior Shed is outstanding as is the whole experience.

Great customer service and quality
From the first time we visited Crane Garden Buildings in Brampton to the point where we were ready to make a decision (after several subsequent visits) we were met with friendly and very helpful staff.
We were provided with a lot of information in order that we could make an informed choice, and it is plain to see that the buildings are of good quality.

Purchase of summerhouse

We love our new garden building
We love our new garden building. The finish and quality is excellent. The whole experience of procuring the building was efficient and professional. Andrew Kellard who works in the Burford office was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. James and Tom put the building up over 4 days in horrible weather. They were always professional and did a fantastic job. I would definitely be happy to recommend Crane.

We had great service at the Sevenoaks…
We had great service at the Sevenoaks branch: a really friendly and helpful team. Fantastic range of garden buildings on display and we had no trouble selecting a shed that was perfect for our garden. Any queries were promptly dealt with. The guys who fitted the shed were amazing! We would definitely use them again.

From start to finish the purchase of my new shed was stress free.
Firstly the company representative who visited my premises gave me all the necessary information to enable me to make a decision on the type.of shed which would suit my requirements.
Thereafter any further details or information I required was dealt promptly.
Finally the actual election of the new shed was also dealt with efficiently on the agreed date.

A very professional setup. Everything about this process from initial discussions over the shed to installation and follow up ran smoothly, efficiently, and to time. At no time did we feel.pressurised by sales people and the precise timing of base and shed installion was our choice. The shed itself is solid and a quality product and we are very pleased with it.
