Great customer service. Tim really helped us with our choice of building and made the process a pleasure.

Our initial discussions with Esther at the Nottingham site were and continue to be very helpful. No pushy sales operation in play and whilst the garden buildings seem quite expensive, they appear to be well constructed and as described 'on the label'. We have yet to take delivery and installation of our chosen build but Esther is keeping in touch to ensure our specific requirements are met. Once installed we will be happy to provide a follow up review.

On entering the site we immediately had confidence that this was going to be a good experience. We were met by the salesman (Joe?) who helped us to choose our summerhouse, showing us all the options available. We were very impressed with the quality of the workmanship.
